It was a beautiful surprise. We found this one-suite residence boutique hotel during an afternoon thunderstorm. Immediately greeted by wafting scents of tobacco, sandalwood, and orange blossoms.

The decorations are absolutely stunning. We bought a sandalwood cologne and body oil. Smells wonderful, lovely, and luxurious!

I stayed here for my first visit to Merida and I can’t say enough good things to say about Coqui Coqui. The staff is attentive, kind, and courteous. You are taken care of from the moment you book your stay to the moment you depart. Wendy was extremely helpful with helping us with every aspect of our stay including dinner reservations, booking the spa, and helping us pick out the perfect coqui coqui scents for our stay and to take home.
The accommodations were incredible!!!!! It is true luxury. Every aspect of this boutique hotel has been curated to provide you with comfort and visual pleasure. The interior design transports you to France; our room was out of a magazine.

Thank you for an incredible stay - I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice. Was my first experience getting a massage. Take a shower before you go out of kindness for your masseuse. Prepare to be naked. 3 hours went by fast.

Booked spa over 2 months ago and paid at that time. Showed up and they said I hadn’t confirmed my appointment.

Pretty sure payment is a confirmation.

It was the main thing my friend and I looked forward to doing on this trip. And I’m incredibly disappointed.

Feedback: if you receive a payment, maybe reserve that time? Clearly, it’s a reservation.

Photos are not allowed, not sure why because it would help people know this place. Didn’t stay on the hotel. Took this photos before they told me not to. It looks like a nice cozy hotel and staff is very nice and helpful. Their main thing is a perfume store on the first floor but everything is pretty expensive. Old vibes everywhere and that’s the main reason to visit this place. Also very close to the zócalo.

I just spent three nights there and it was wonderful. The suite is lovely with a high ceiling and opulent decor that I loved. You feel like you’re staying in a fancy home but with the amenities of a boutique hotel. Wendy and Natalie were super friendly and helpful. I also had a massage and facial which were really well done. They were very careful with COVID protocols, and I felt safe in that respect. I’ve loved the brand’s aesthetic since first going into the boutique in bora bora, so it was really fun to walk through the shop each day and smell the perfumes on my way to my room, and then stay in that beautiful room

A beautiful and friendly sanctuary. Sitting for tea and chocolate is a very peaceful experience and the rose and cardamom chocolate is exquisite. We also left with a small bottle of orange blossom perfume, which smells exactly like the flower. The atmosphere is classy without feeling stuffy.
