Great location, close to everything! Shops, restaurants, cafés. However, the hotel needs some renovation. The furniture is not comfortable and the pool is merely decorative. WiFi is not great either. The bed was good and the room exceptionally clean!!! Never seen sheets so white. Overall it was a good experience.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and modem. The cold A/C is welcome considering the climate in Merida. There's a small pool in the courtyard. Filtered water is available near the front desk. I enjoyed my stay.

I would never recommend this place. Mold all over the toilet tiles, filthy pillows, dirty towels and sheets, smell coming out of the toilet, strange looking tiny white things under the mattresses which correspond with bed bug eggs when you google it... These things should cover it but no. I approached the receptionist with the issues and he sent a young boy to clean the toilet again. By clean - he smeared extra washing agent on the floor which did cover the smell for about 10 minutes. I asked to leave the property and inquired about the return policy since I paid in cash on arrival an hour earlier - no returns. If you have absolutely no other place to go in Merida I suggest sleeping in the rental car rather than coming here ever.

This place potentially has BED BUGS (we found some egg looking things under the matresses!!). After staying there for an hour I could honestly never recomend this place to anyone! It's extremely dirty, smells extremely bad and definitely not as advertised. I admit that location is tempting, but absolutely everything else, including the staff, was the single worse experience we've ever had. I left after trying to find a solution with the manager. Mine was to book another place and leave.

No-frills hotel in perfect downtown location. Affordable, but just a basic room with AC/ceiling fan/desk, double bed and private bathroom. No fridge Could use more water pressure in the shower... And a shower curtain. And nicer lighting. But it's a dealfor sure, with excellent location in Centro with bars, restaurants, parks and plaza grande within blocks

I just stayed there for the celebration of: "Día de los muertos". Excellent location, great value and price. Right across The Chaya Maya Casona Restaurant please make sure you'll try them. They're DELICIOUS.
