Location good. Hotel old and it shows. Receptionist said he couldn't speak English and after five minutes proceeded to speak good English. Bizarre! Breakfast is at another hotel nearby. Unfortunately they had the rudest waiter i have ever met and I've travelled the world!! Consequently just had coffee and juice. All in all ok and good value for money.

Excellent location, with Parque de Santa Lucia literally across the street. Just a few blocks to the historic city center and an easy walk to Paseo de Montejo. Definitely in a touristy area. Hotel room was very basic, you get what you pay for. Building itself was pretty dated, had some colonial charm but was worn. I was traveling solo on a budget so it was fine. some miscommunication between different staff members regarding a tour I booked that I was later unable to make. Only negative was room was pretty dirty when I arrived, with hair all over the floor. It remained there despite daily cleanings.
Overall, the location was best part and was very convenient.

Super clean, great location, and value. Pool area could be better managed (aka tends to draw a party and smoking crowd), and it’d be nice if drinking water was provided.

Great place with a nice vibe. No complaints, really hot water for showers, helpful staff and great location. Would come back again for a short stay.

Beautiful little hotel and close to the plaza mayor, or zocalo.
Loved it.
$600 pesos per night.
And the location is perfect. You can park your car two blocks away in a closed garage.
The room was great antique.

Great location. Appropriate quality for the price. Meaning expect little to no warm water and simple lodgings. Don't expect much, but worth it for a night or two

There was no warm water in the room. The swimming pool and the service was nice.
