There are BED BUGS!!!!! Il y des puces de lits !!
The room was old, dirty and noisy. We should have trusted our instinct.
When we told the staff about the bed bugs, they did not seem to care. We asked for help and a compensation, because we got bitten many times on our legs, arms and back, and probably gonna take some bed bugs with us when we go back to France ????????
They gave us the "management email address" to make a complaint, the mail was actually the front desk email address...We never got any response. Such a lack of respect.
We have been travelling for 2 month in Mexico, this is the first time we had such a terrible experience. Bed bugs are the worst and the staff is lazy and unpleasant.

Terrible experience. We were given no key when we checked in and were told it would be delivered to us momentarily. After waiting half an hour we inquired after the key and were given the run around and zero answer. We were unable to lock our door or leave our belongings safely in the room. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our key before deciding to leave. We asked if it was possible get a refund, or partial refund but they would not give us one, would not answer our questions, and made no effort to understand/ help. We were a small group of women, and felt very unsafe without access to a key for our room. Ridiculous!

Good location. Parking is not really free even if you get a voucher. Room is mediocre, old and unintersting. AC needs maintenance doesn't blow. Bathroom had mold spots. Shower had hot water but no pressure. Pool is small and uninteresting. Breakfast pretty good and staff friendly at reception as well. Would I stay there again? Probably not! Pictures are deceiving.

We had a room at ground floor.

No windows, dirty duvet, very high humidity, moule on the walls which is covered with paint and smells unpleasant ...

As if that were not enough the room is poorly soundproofed - why directly situated to the breakfast area of the hotel.

We booked the room for 3 nights but just decided to leave this place after 1 minute we walked in to this room.
No chance for refunds, reception was not really interesseted in our reclamation. Just said it's no problem when we leave ...

Effrontery that this room is selled to people!

Poor disappointing place, would never go back there...

Rooms are very spartan, a bed and nothing else. Hot water didn't work. We asked to change rooms because the first was too gloomy. Great location though, that's the only plus.

Friendly staff. Very basic but it fit our needs. In Mexico you can't expect the average hotel to be plush. Small room, clean, and good location in the city center.

Staffs are very helpful and nice, but hotel is a bit undermaintained, i.e. Our toilet ceiling was leaking rain water whenever it's raining outside, wifi sucks and unusable, lots of mosquitoes, no shades for the rooms at the back of the hotel so it's a bit challenging to get to your rooms when it rains.
