Super underrated place, seems to be recovering from bad management owing to its currently lower score, but this was an excellent price / value hotel right in the heart of Merida. Facilities are modern, the place is clean, the staff is super helpful, and the price is excellent. We kept extending here and had no qualms.

Nice place to stay in Merida. Location was perfect. We checked in way early and it wasn’t a problem. Evenings were quiet, we did not expect this since it was in the middle of the centre. The tv had Netflix and Amazon prime!

Parking was across the hotel, we parked for slightly more than 24 hours and we paid about 70 pesos.

Rooms are clean but could use updating. Every member of the staff was great, very accommodating and nice to deal with.

Not at all clean. Other people's hair in the moldy smelling bathroom, and in my bed sheets. Glad I only stayed one night, honestly felt gross staying here. Of the 3 lights in the room only 1 worked, of the 2 in the bathroom only 1 worked. Close to el centro and good restaurants. But moldy dirty, uncleaned or sanitized rooms with unchanged sheets is dangerous, especially during Covid.

Terace was nice. Bed was comfortable. We first had a room with jacuzzi but that was flood. Then we we're offered an other room for full price. I got some discount after I asked for a lower price. The hotel is pretty central in the city. No noise complaint.

The hotel is really well located, I spent two nights there and I could go for a walk (and a marquesita or and ice cream) late without problems. It's connected to a parking nearby so you can go there by car, the receptionist were kind and helpful but... The hotel really need to improve their windows because the road in front is really noisy and you will hear anything that drives by (especially the loud old bus). We changed in the inner court and still the noise was an issue.

People is not very serviceable, no ice.
