No need to register beforehand, just show up in the park across from the church at 17h and look for the red umbrellas.
Maria was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and super friendly. This was a perfect introduction to the Yucatán and Valladolid.

My walking tour was fantastic! The tour guide was wonderful, full of knowledge. I learnt so much about Merida, its past, the Mayans and the Spanish conquistador ❤️❤️u200d????????

Had a great time with Gabriel as our English guide. He was nervous at first but then by the end he was making all of us laugh! A must do for those who love history, and mixed cultures. Props Gabriel for conducting an awesome tour in your THIRD (Mayan, Spanish, English) language!

Very educational tour with Fernando. Super interesting and with lots of tips for sights and restaurants that we tried directly. Perfect if you only make a short stopover in Merida and still want to take as much as possible with you!

It was a good experience. I took the evening tour which was a lot cooler than the daytime tour I'm sure. The guide seemed knowledgeable about a lot of local things but some of the things he said about the leaders and politics don't seem to coincide with what I have read about the history. Not sure if he was putting his own spin or interpretation on things or if the history you read online is wrong. But these things aside it was still a good tour.

Great tour by Fernando. We did the 10am tour. We did not really walk far, we walked to the main plaza, we mostly sat down in the shade to listen, which was nice as Fernando knows a lot and is a great storyteller. Also, Fernando gave us many suggestions for food and sightseeing, and took time to answer all our questions.

It was a fantastic tour. Fernando gave us very interesting and useful information about Mérida, the Mayan culture and recommended very good places. We enjoyed it very much.
