I had to stay here for a couple nights since the power was out on the street I live on. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Fast internet connection. The breakfast was excellent too.

The hotel staff is just out to make some extra money. The service at the breakfast is horrible and they don’t pay attention at all. For the same price, I believe you can get something better in this beautiful city.

The rooms are clean.

It was a good stay.Close to the downtown of Merida 7min walk to downtown service restaurant food was good breakfast is delicious with a natural orange juice parking space needs to improve people in the hotel are friendly

It's in the Centro, but if that's where you actually want to be stay somewhere else and take an Uber in. Staying here is loud. Traffic will wake you up at 5 or 6 seven morning and you'll constantly feel claustrophobic on the streets.

Nothing special. Breakfast is tragic. You can only pick one dish with drink. Everything else you must pay. I would recommend other location.

The place is clean, looks good and service is great. The showers needs some kind of shower pad because it is very slippery. My husband almost fell over. Otherwise, is a very nice place to stay.

The wifi is excellent throughout the hotel. The room is clean-ish, plenty of hair on the floor from previous guests. The walkie-talkies they use are WAY TOO LOUD.
