One of the best places I have stayed. Room is large and comfortable. We had the room with a balcony over the pool. Breakfast was healthy and fresh. Pool was clean and the temperature was just right on a hot day. The stay was accommodating and friendly. Always a wave or hello when you come in go.

Pros of our two night stay:
- beautiful and stylish rooms with 5-meter high ceilings (we stayed in a standard king)
- kind, helpful and interesting staff
- one of the biggest and nicest pools near Merida’s downtown. Felt like a private pool
- small boutique hotel makes everything feel more personal and provides quiet retreat from busy city life
- google drive is helpful
- feels secure: staff is onsite 24/7, safe for personal belongsin the room, safe neighborhood

- we had to leave to catch a flight
- any other cons are so minimal that listing them here would be needlessly nitpicking. This is a fabulous place.

An absolute gem hidden away in the industrial zone of Merida. There are many beautiful conversions in this city, but I’m unsure how many are done to the quality of Andelar Casa Destino that then follow through on quality of service.

I’m so glad it rained for a solid day when in Merida so we got to really enjoy the large room, comfortable bed and attention to detail throughout. The pool was a bit dirty as we arrived after a similar storm, but this was quickly cleaned.

I think this has been one of the best boutique hotel experiences we've ever had (which has been a lot). The property is absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail is pristine. Everything about the space is beautiful and thoughtful and it's comfortable and tranquil. The staff is incredible and really go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. The location itself is great because it's very walkable, there's a parking spot out front if you rent a car, and they have a list of recommendations. The pricing is also very good and we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Antelar Casa Destino. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood next to Old Town (10 minute walk). We stayed in the ´El Tigre’ room which had a large bathroom with adjacent outdoor shower. Very good value for the price. The staff was great, especially Mary who organized our day trip to Uxmal and our PCR COVID test at the hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is extremely special! It has the charm and authenticity of a historic building in the heart of Merida coupled with perfect service. We got to know Betsy (front desk and concierge) and Jorge (all other service) on a personal level and they took better care of us than any 5 star hotel could have!

We will definitely be going back to Merida and we will definitely be staying at a Hotel Antelar!

Súper clean, staff is amazing, food is great and the rooms are large with very comfortable beds. Great location and beyond peaceful. Def recommend staying here!
