False advertising. Internet price is not what they will charge you. They are on a roundabout that's where many streets come together my room was less than 50 yards from this intersection so much traffic no sleep. Between lying about their prices and not getting any sleep because of the traffic I would not stay there if you paid me

Chris Gutierrez left a review 2 years ago with a very similar experience. Inconsistencies in what they say. Was originally added to my parents room (room for 2) for an additional 250 pesos a night. Now being told we need an additional room because we can not have three people in one room , even though we were told it was fine we just had to pay a fee. They offer no refunds so it complicates the situation as we are upset and would like to leave at this point. Just to add on, gym available… With one chest machine that doesn’t work… okay let me hop on the treadmill… also doesn’t work… they have dumbbells… no bench. Oh well let me go back to my room… just to lay on the hardest mattress I’ve ever laid on. At least I have complimentary breakfast to look forward to ????… kidding it’s painfully below average. Credit where credit is due the Orange juice is good. The workers are friendly. Seems like management is simply what needs to understand how to do their job. 2 stars because 1 star feels unfair for what it is. Maybe you will have a better experience if you have an even number of people or pay an additional room for just one person.

Calm ambience. The Hotel is a small house, It least its the warm feeling I've got. The decoration is neat and inviting. Great place to rest on a vacation trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms include American breakfast. (Fruit u0026 eggs).

Beautiful traditional place to stay. Breakfast is fantastic u0026 hearty. We were not hungry enough to eat lunch the entire time we stayed here. Rooms are very large and the gardens were are stunning. Staff are awesome and attentive as well. This is our second stay u0026 we will absolutely stay here when we return to Guadalajara!

Absolutely beautiful place. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains and bed make sleeping extremely peaceful and comfortable.

It's always a respite from the hectic city of Guadalajara. Everyone is always friendly. The yard is nice to relax and have breakfast in. The rooms are nicely decorated and you feel like your a special guest at the Mansion.

Very good hotel. Felt comfortable right away. Spacious room tastefully decorated. staff were very friendly. Salvatore , Roberto, and Jesus were all great fun and helpful.
The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Guadalajara.
