WYNDHAM, NOT DISINFECTING OR CLEANING ROOM FOR WEEKS DURING A PANDEMIC, BUT THEY STILL PUT YOU IN THAT SPACE AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IF YOU DO NOT COMPLAIN (see pictures).
My worst time ever in a Wyndham.
Very disappointed and it doesn't matter if you have been a member to the rewards for years.
My stay was 1 night, December 21th. 2021, two rooms. One was a special PET room for me and my little dog, which they charge you extra, and that is understandable.
But when I entered the room it was confirmed that they never disinfected. There was no door sticker claiming to be cleaned. This is during a pandemic.
Then I noticed the bathroom, and it definitely looked like it hasn't been clean in weeks (see pictures). I couldn't believe they just put you in such a room and do not care.
With covid time, one is used to travel and work from hotels, Not only to rest. And they did not have a proper chair to work. Instead they just put in that room a garden outdoors chair. I mean come on.
The solution after my complaints was to move me to a different room at 10pm.
And when I asked to cancel because of the conditions, they said they can, but will charge me everything anyway. What a joke.
Then the manager at night said that I might talk to the manager in the morning and ask for a refund or discount.
When I do this, the morning manager didn't even want to talk to me.
She just said because they moved me, no refund or discount is valid. But when I ask for a cancelation, they tell you they will charge you anyway. So they kind if just corner you to stay or throw your money away and get a different hotel.
Impressive and very disappointed as this was a family trip and also working remotely during these difficult times.
What a great support Wyndham.... this is sarcasm.

Pésima mi estancia en Wyndham Guaralajara Expo.
Una decepción y sin importar ser miembro de Wyndham rewards.
Mi estancia fue de del Diciembre 21, 2021 al 22.
1 noche 2 habitaciones. Una de ellas era para mi mascota, un perro pequeño. Por la cual te hacen un cargo extra.
Eso se entiende.
Al entrar al cuarto no solo se confirmó que no se trató de desinfectar durante época de pandemia. No tenía el sello en la puerta. Baños y muebles con semanas sin limpiar. Aquí hay fotografías. Además, uno no solo viene a descansar, también tenía que trabajar y no había silla adecuada. Era una silla de jardin.
Es la única vez me ha pasado algo así en un Wyndham. La solución después de mis quejas fue moverme a un cuarto a las 10pm.
El gerente de la noche sugirió hablar con el de la mañana para un reembolso o descuento.
En la mañana, al intentar esto, por prácticamente ponerme en una habitación contaminada, me dicen que no, porque si me movieron a otra.
La cuestión es que cuando uno trata de cancelar por que la habitación no está en condiciones sanitarias, aun y cuando ellos ya te metieron ahí. La respuesta es, si cancelas, se te cobra todo.
Que gran apoyo... sarcasmo.
