It has been a good experience! The room are cleaned everyday! They offer a good breakfast, the employee are super nice! The only complain it s about the no smart TV and the towel are not white. Also there I saw some towels being used to dry the floor in laundry area. It didn't caused a good impression.

A very good place to stay, good rooms, good service. It is connected to Plaza del Sol. Has a very good access to many shops.

Staybridge offered comfortable stay with homely atmosphere. The staffs were friendly and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis.
The location is perfect with plaza del sol just 2 steps away.
I had an amazing stay with staybridge.

I stayed for a couple of weeks and was very impressed with the customer service of the men that worked the front desk. The main breakfast staff was almost always rude and more often than not gave me an incorrect order. I also thought the breakfast was really boring as it was the same nearly every day.
The room was large and comfy. There is no heat in the hotel so I got very cold before I asked for a portable heater, which the lady at the front desk didn't offer but the man after her shift did. The kitchen was ok. A door brace in the fridge came lose once and everything fell out and broke including a brand new bottle of wine. The staff cleaned it but blamed me for it happening.
Parking was good and the staff was always helpful to arrange it when it was more complicated.
Overall, I dreaded going to breakfast every morning because of the overall experience and the lack of variety of food, but thoroughly enjoyed the rest of my stay and staff.

Very friendly personnel, rooms are big and comfy with everything you need in it, food is great and included with the room price [breakfast and evening snack], it has a pantry open 24hrs for the guest, vallet parking, laundry room , library and more amenities, overall great place great food and very clean and secure for everyone to stay at a great rate, from now on it will be my place to stay every time I visit Guadalajara again! Thank you for your service Highly appreciated and will recomend to family and friends.

Desde el check in que fue aprox a las 16:00 entre a la habitación y no servia el aire acondicionado, lo reporte y no hicieron nada, dormí sin aire y por ende muy caliente la habitación no se pudo descansar, al día siguiente pedí shampoo y jabón para bañarme nunca me lo llevaron, salí después de 1 hora de esperarlos de la habitación y había una camarista en el piso, se los pedí a ella muy amable me los entrego.
El chico de recepción que me dió el check.in el valet parking muy ambles fue lo único bueno.

We booked a stay in a home rental website and it was a disaster. The house was filthy, uncomfortable beds, dirty linens and the list goes on. Booked at Staybridge Suites and the stress from our previous night went away. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and breakfast was very good. Will stay again.
