Good location near WTC Guadalajara... Opposite to hotel you get lot of restaurants and a shopping mall.

Standard room, amenities can be better, service can be better

The hotel is equipped with all the necessities for comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and includes warm food, not just pastries and coffee. The beans, eggs and fruit were delicious. Everything was tasty and properly seasoned. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, clean and roomy. I recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street as those rooms are noisier. One room for our party faced the street and said it was quite nosy. I highly recommend this place in a busy, large city. The airport is about 30 minutes away (with average traffic).

The window type is woefully inadequate to the location. My room was so noisy from truck traffic that I could hardly sleep.

Furthermore, the room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning took forever to lower the temperature.

The shower controls do not work - it was impossible to adjust from pulse into shower mode.

I’ve been a Rewards member for years and have stayed in properties in different parts of the world and have always been 100 % satisfied.Except for my Guadalajara experience. We got to the room and we had plans to go out and didn’t have a lot of time to get ready,my wife got in the shower first and there was a little shampoo and a bar of soap,nothing else. Two shower towels only and none of the typical amenities except for a bottle of water and we obviously were two of us.We were running late so we addressed the problem the next day and everything was rectified.

It's an average business hotel. Staff is friendly and location is great. It has a big shopping center across the street. Prices are ok, breakfast is just fine. Interiors are clean and modern. It has a parking lot, a pool and a good lobby area.

The location is excellent. Across the street from Plaza Del Sol Mall with many amenities. Beautiful pool which is an oasis here. Entire staff,from front desk to security,housekeeping to breakfast staff are wonderful. Rooms are comfortible with a choice of 4 different pillows. Internet connection is fast and stable.Breakfast selection is very pleasing and fresh for all 5 days of my visit. Best employee is a lady at front desk named Brithany-she exemplifies what an IHG employee should be and who goes beyond what is expected. I will not hesitate to return.
Ask for a room facing the pool-a room facing the street has brutal noise.

We chose this location as it was convenient to our families homes in the city. The hotel seems new, and was much nicer than I was expecting. Staff were very kind and seemed to like their workplace. I would suggest some sunbrellas around the pool for comfort, but the pool area is otherwise very nice. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Plaza Del Sol is easily reached by a walkway over the street. Really a super hotel, actually we will go back there tonight!
