The room was very clean, decent size and wifi was working perfectly, I was able to work from my room. The staff was very nice and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food from their restaurant is okay, but if you don't like it there's a McDonald's nearby and It's also near plaza del Sol which has a variety of stores and restaurants so that's a plus. I was there for three days and two nights and I really enjoyed my time there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The room was clean. Pool was fun. Staff was super nice and helpful. 2 complaints..1 the shower was the same temp as the pool...which I love to take hot showers especially after the pool. 2. Dog poo in the garden/courtyard. Having kids with us that are younger...that was not good. I would go there again because of being by the plaza and shopping...but there are many options in that area for hotels. So a lot of competition

The hotel itself is great the cafe right across the way is promising the rooms didn't have safe boxes. The really only problem I had was pool and no maintenance or cleaning. Dirty and bugs covered the pool. But the rooms and bathroom made up for the lack of a great pool

Awesome receptionist. Super helpful. Rooms were clean and modern with as comfortable beds as you will find in even the nicest places in Mexico

Staff are very kind, specially at reception. The hotel is very new and clean, definitely looks like 4.5 stars and the best is that is economic and very well located in the city.

Really cozy and small hotel. Great rooms and service over all. Excellent location if visiting Expo Guadalajara.

It's ok but can't. Beat the price. Good location.
