Checked in and asked to be put in 2 rooms downstairs because we had big and heavy luggage. Lady said they only had one room available downstairs. Ok fine. Went into our rooms and the top room had boogers on the wall, trash in the bathroom, shoe marks on the bed, and smelled like cigarette. Cheap hotel but since I wasn’t paying myself I didn’t say anything. Bottom room had water all over the bathroom floor and the toilet seat was wet. Asked for another room and they gave us another bottom room. I thought you had said there was no more bottom rooms....ok. The room we were put into next smelled like heavy perfume to try to mask an unpleasant sweaty man smell. The sheets smelled like sweat and used. We left the rooms to go get food and our party decided to leave this hotel. We asked for a refund, and the lady said we could only get a refund for the room with the shoe marks on it. Ok fine. She wanted me to write down our credit card details on a paper so she could refund the amount the next morning but we were not comfortable with that. She said “then what do you want me to do?” And I told her nothing. Thank you very much. We left to another hotel down the street.
