My room smells like sewer and humidity. I requested a room change but they never responded. Not even to say that was imposible to use another room. The whole building needs maintenance, the elevator was broken. (and it's really old). The options for breakfast are poor, average taste. It's too expensive for a hotel like this.

They have great customer service, the AC works really well. Food is great they also have a small corner store right outside with everything you could need, in case you forgot to pack some essentials. It conveniently located 15 minutes from anywhere important. They have a nice pool area.

Nice Hotel. Seems a bit Aged by the outside and lobby aspect, but the rooms are in good shape and doesn't seem to be old or in bad shape. has pool and running course on top of the 4th floor. the personnel is very attentive

Rooms were very big and cozy. It is very near too the Guadalajara Expo, making it an excellent place for staying. Hotel Staff was always kind and comprehensive. Rooms have a sofa that can be extended into a bed. Very recommended.

Good location for exhibitors who attends Expo Guadalajara center. But, one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Old furnitures, bad smell and dirty rooms. It needs overall renewals. Next time I will not prefer. Hope that management should take care

The hotel is well ubicated and clean, star bucks is around the corner and Plaza Del Sol is tree blocks away. However, on our last day, we had dinner in their restaurant. The enchiladas we ordered were cold, cold tortillas and cold chicken inside. The french frys were staled and cold. The restaurant was empty when we arrived, I asked if they were open for dinner and the answer was "Yes" however the food was cold and accompanied with grinding loud noise of constant cutting laminated flooring since they were redoing the bar next to the kitchen. We couldn't hear each other due to the noise. The waiters were not friendly or at least cordial. I would have preferred they told me the kitchen was closed , than to be served cold, staled food, loud noice and unfriendly waiters. The reception personnel and housekeeping were friendly and cordial. Also a pair of blue sandals by Ivanka Trump were either left behind or taken from my luggage and were not returned.
