I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are sensitive to smells, the room I got didn't have any ventilation as the window couldn't be opened, and even though the hotel is smoke free, there was a smell that bothered me the whole night, and I woke up with a blocked nose.

There are only 2 pillows per bed, which in our case is not enough.

The shower floor was slippery.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the reception service, otherwise I would give only 1.

The hotel itself was really nice and well kept. When I visited we asked for an extra bed. It was a convertible couch and it was quite awful. You just felt the hard springs and they didn't even put a full set of bedsheets, just the mattress cover and a very rough blanket.

The positive reviews are accurate, the negs didn't exist during our stay. Can only say any adjustments that were needed were made. Sign of attentiveness.Good location near a wonderful walk in and outdoor mall.

the rooms were spacious and clean, a couple of things could improve, the mini fridge wasn't working, the breakfast den is a bit small, it was hard to find a table, the wi-fi signal was weak, the staff was great, courteous and prompt.

Very close to GDL airport.

Decent business hotel. But no attractions, convinient store closeby.

Concerige service needs to improve, cant be expecting guest to wait 30minutes.

Room would be better to have a safebox to keep valuables.

Great hotel in Gdl, the breakfast was really good (chilaquiles) and the personal treated me really nice. The checkout is at 4 PM, so I spent my morning minding other business, that was cool.

Room was just ok, a few things were out of order, toilet tank was loose, bed was fine, tiny pillows, service was fine. A little pricey for what it was.
