No stars if I could. When we walked in we were the only customers there was a delay in service and it seems maybe they have reopened and had new staff. The bathrooms could have used a deep cleaning... the sign was last updated in 2020! The menu items looked delicious, but our plates took an eternity to come out and looked like they were out together in a rush. 3 employees were tending to a coffee machine for about 45 minutes, leaving us and another table unattended. We had to request sugars, napkins and silverware. I don't believe it was necessarily our waitress who was at fault but rather management needs a better approach to training, cleanliness and efficiency. I was offered a free plate due to the wait but was still expected to pay for 2 that I asked to pack to go. When I opened the to go order at the hotel it was not the item I ordered.
