This Hotel was amazing, plenty big includes, stove, big refrigerator, microwave, and nice TV with really good channels. We stayed here for 2 weeks for immigration purposes. It was like a 7 min walk to it which was fine. Plus it was right next to the mall so we went there to eat to have different options and not have to eat the same thing. We didn't use the stove but definitely microwave and refrigerator. Always kept cold drinks especially since it reach close to 100° here. Also another big plus was that the AC worked perfectly in our room and we had control over it. The hotel also had a pool, gym, and laundry room for it's guest to use especially if you are staying for more than a week that came in handy. The only downside was they only came to clean our room once throught the whole 2 weeks we stayed but it was okay because it made us feel safe that no one else was going into our room while we were gone. Also take your own toiletries because that's another thing they don't provide. Only toilet paper. Also for breakfast we really recommend Pancake Paradise. You pass it each time you walk to the consulate.

We ended up staying in this hotel for 2 1/2 weeks, due to bureaucratic nonsense at the consulate. The manager, Carlos, was beyond kind and helpful in making room for us beyond our initial week that we had booked. The rooms are not suites, in any sense of the word, just one large room with a fridge, sink, electric two-burner "stove" and then the beds. We cleaned our own room (sink smelled like cat urine) and washed the sheets ourselves. Watch out for the taxi drivers, only visitors to the city use cabs, the drivers like to pry for information, probably not a good sign for one's safety. And, while the consulate will try to tell you you're packet will be ready in 2-5 days, it's actually 3-15, at least. Be prepared.

It’s a really good place to stay, the service is great the workers are really polite and always helping, if you are going for immigration purposes great location walking distance of all the appointments and if your traveling in car also good distance of all the places!! Thanks extended suites!!

I stayed at Extended Suites in Juarez for almost 3 months. The location for this hotel is quite good and there is a shopping mall with restaurants, stores and movie theater in about 2 mins by walk.
There are microwave, stoves and refrigerator in the room so it’s very convenient if you wanna cook your own meals.
The problem is the wall is very thin so you can kinda hear everything from next door, you can even hear phone vibration.
They clean the room once a week and the clean lady/or guy is friendly.
You can do the laundry in laundry room at 1st floor by exchanging tokens at the front desk. 50 pesos for 1 token. They also have a small swimming pool and a small gym if you need exercises.

Me and my wife spent a week and a half in this place and room service was never offered. I had to pay 200 pesos for the cleaning service to do something that was already included. Not one day they came to clean our room. I asked 3 times for someone to clean our room but it was useless. Amenities where good just that experience with the cleanliness was not so good.

This hotel is awful. Walls are paper-thin, the showers don't have a door so you're always cold, the fan inside the bathrooms is ridiculously loud, and the mini cooking area doesn't have any kitchen utensils at all (not even forks!). Every room has 2 chairs in it, and when you move them they make huge noise, which means you hear everything happening in the room above you. Good luck sleeping. Never visiting again.
