Service was extremely slow, had to flag down our waiter for to go box, bill, to get another drink, etc. Even though the boss was there checking in on the tables, the experience was still awful. I ordered a regular margarita on the rocks, and about 40 mins later recieved a frozen drink. Not a huge deal, tried it, wow. is was basically ice and lime juice. No sweetness at all. Flagged down a waiter to see if I could mix some of the lemon juice they have in containers in the corner. He said no and just came back with some sugar packets. (Science lesson here: sugar is not going to dissolve in a frozen drink.) Tried the sugar anyway, didn't help at all, drink was so sour. Flagged waiter down again to let him know, again, that the drink is still too sour to drink. He finally just offered a new different drink. This one was the mangomoy, it seems like they in general don't use sugar in their drinks. Guys do yourselves a favor a take a simple bartending class, your drinks are awful.

We order some wings and fries and everything was cold, the drinks were tasteless, the menu was in really bad condition and to top it of the place is hot.

After a 40 minute wait for our food in a less than half full restaurant, the food was terrible! The food was cold and the burgers and wings were dry!!! First and last time

Good food, pretty typican american fare. But sometimes you just cant eat anymore tacos and just want some american food

Definitely not the wing place. Boneless wings look like chicharron. Veggies taste nasty.

The service and the menu have improved greatly. The food was good, not great, but it definitely enjoyable. They have new stuff in the menu and it seems like it's better than ever. The ambience is very relaxed and casual. We ordered the fried mac n' cheese balls and they took me straight to my childhood, they were great. But the chicken in my salad was a little bit too greasy. Overall a very good experience.
