Pésimo servicio al cliente por parte de la cajera que actualmente labora.
Acudí un día jueves por la tarde, le pregunté a la señorita por bolas de arroz sin mariscos (ya que soy alérgica) me indicó que solo tenían disponible la de pollo a lo que accedí a pedirla, posteriormente pedí una bola tempura como postre (era día de promoción) la señorita tomó la orden, no confirmó el pedido y procedió a cobrarme. Al recoger mi pedido, consumí mi bola de arroz de pollo y cuando me disponía a comer mi bola tempura me percato de que no es lo que yo solicité ya que era una bola co mariscos, me acerco a mostrador a comentarle el error en mi pedido a la señorita a lo cual me contesta de forma muy prepotente que yo había ordenado eso y que ella me confirmó, le dije que en varias ocasiones que en ningún momento me confirmó y me contesto: "No me estés hablando así, no te voy a devolver nada"... solicité hablar con algún supervisor y se acerco un joven con uniforme de cocina gris (desconozco si realmente era algún supervisor) me indicó que no podía hacerme devolución de dinero y que la bola tempura que había solicitado no estaba disponible (cosa que en ningún momento se me dijo cuando hice mi pedido) le dije que si no tiene lo que solicité por favor me hiciera la devolución de mi dinero, a lo que se negó, cabe destacar que mientras hablaba con el la señorita cajera no paraba de interrumpir para justificar su error culpandome.
Me dio más pena a mi con los presentes que la señorita que con pésima actitud me respondía en un tono que ya podía escucharse a cierta distancia me siguiera culpando y el "supervisor" solo bajara la mirada. La solución al final fue que me darían una "bola de pollo en compensación por todo el show que tuve que aguantar" definitivamente no acepte tal cosa ya que es bien sabido que en muchos lugares cuando se tienen este tipo de incidencidentes, en cocina hacen mil y un cosas para entregarte un producto pésimo (en venganza) de lo ocurrido, al final no quise seguir siendo parte del show por parte de esos dos, me retire haciendo hincapié que tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente. Perdí mi dinero (que igual no es mucho) pero que definitivamente nadie esta para regalarlo por personas sin sentido común, arrogantes e incompetentes. Y ni hablar de la calidad de su comida en general. Segunda vez que ocupo y definitivamente última.
