Still a horrible place. Wouldn't honor prices clearly marked on items, saying it was a mistake, even though all the items were marked the same price. Then the bathroom had no soap, I said something and they literally said they did not care! Won't be shopping here, ever again.

Food is so so , kinda greasy but the most important thing in a restaurant it should be the service and thats very horrible theres in special person with all my respects one chunky lady that I thinks she must get retaired or do something the mood of her is not appropiate to be serving guests .

Horrible experience!! I have been at several Sanborns in Mexico - all exceeding expectations except for this restaurant. AVOID It!!!

We liked the store. The restaurant not so much. My husband ordered a sandwich, which was to slices of white bread with ham and cheese some chicken, and fries. We could have made a better sandwich ourselves. They also advertise a food special after 1 pm but when we tried to order from the menu some of the items were not available until after 6pm. I ordered enchiladas con mole and they were ok. Do not try the ice cream it does not taste like anything.

I usually find what I am looking for there specially gifts and travel size products. Everything is of great quality and sometimes they have good discounts. You can get nice gifts for a a very good price. I like the good books and mazines selection. The only down side is that one time I bought some pastry and they seem old and were flavorless. The bread looks great too but I had the same bad experience as with the pastry. I don't know how often they check the quality of that department.
