We stayed almost for a week for a visit to the consulate. The location can't be better, literally walking distance of the consulate and all the formalities. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The staff was great and helpful, except the counter staff, who were super rude. The rooms are small, and it does not have any amenities; just sleep.

Positive: The room was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Negative: I did not like how our room was handled. We had pre ordered our room and upon arriving to the hotel they gave us 2 twin beds. We paid for a queen. With a reservation they should not have gave our room to someone else.very upset with some of the last staff

Positive: I like this hotel, because is closed to te United states consulate, the mall, and few restaurants, all are a walking distance, you feel safe outside, Negative: Everything was a good experience and definitely I will stay in the hotel

We stayed Monday-Friday for a visit to the consulate. Location is perfect and within walking distance of consulate, medical exam and biometrics locations. The complimentary breakfast is more than enough and delicious. Staff was friendly. The room itself was small, no microwave or refrigerator but ok if you eat out. Only complaint was the horrible sewage/gas smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Also We initially reserved only 4 days. At the end we added one extra day and the price was very high for it. Good place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep and ability to walk to your appointments. Nothing fancy.

The customer service here is not great, the girls in the front are not friendly at all.
Breakfast is okay most days.
Rooms with 2 beds are very small.
Laundry room never works.
They up charge double if not triple if people need to extend their stay taking advantage of last minute needs.
Vending machine isn’t stocked up.
There’s no water or coffee available.

Only good thing here is that it’s across the street from consulate.

Will not stay here again!

Really exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was very delicious every single day did not disappoint. Everything was always cleaned and asked if you want your room cleaned as well. Really friendly and helpful staff all the way as well as kind to all needs. Yes rooms are a bit small but definitely cozy.

They never pick up the phone, air conditioner smelled like mold and rooms are very small!
