We were happy with everything the room the security the staff and one cleaning lady she was great she is an older person short curly looking hair she cleaned our room on the first after night that we were there August 08, 2022 and sweap mop and cleaned the restroom that was great we apprecciate it because we had our kids aswell, however the next day there was a younger girl cleaning she only took out the restroom trash did not even place our clean towels in restroom did not sweap mop or clean the bathroom that was not good. I beleive that after everynight there should be a clean room exept the day of discharging the room. But everything else was great we loved it good air conditioning great hot and cold water. And the young lady that helped us get checked in was so nice aswell

Worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. The WiFi here is ridiculously slow and there was a concerning amount of hairs on the beds. The beds smelt horrifyingly bad and they were stained as well. The bathroom smelt really bad that I couldn’t even go in for a minute without feeling nauseous. The shower head had mold on it and I was disgusted. The room was very small and we couldn’t even walk around without bumping into something. Other than the bad smell and unsanitary space, yet there was another inconvenience. I made a reservation before arriving to this hotel, which included free breakfast, which when I asked if it was included, the receptionist lied and said it wasn’t. With such bad service and unsanitary living conditions, I regret wasting 100 dollars on this motel-resembling room. Do not come to this hotel!

The room is really small and the AC is controlled by management or it doesn't work because as much as we lowered it, the room would not get cold. AC is a must especially when it's close to 100° out here. We only stayed one night and went to Xtended Suites which was way better. Also the room did not have a mini fridge so we couldn't even have cold drinks. TV is old and channels suck. If you stay during summer time probably not the best place to stay at. Other than that good location for immigration appointment walking distance to consulate and right next to clinics for exams.

If you want an Hotel near the US Embassy, this is your best option. 3 min walk to get to US Embassy.
However the rooms have very low quality compared to the night cost.
-Bed: No blankets and dirty mattress
-Bathroom: My reservation included 2 beds, for 2 people. There was only 1 towel
-Cleaning services: The cleaning personnel don't follow the "Do not disturb" sign. They just enter before check out time.
-Rooms: Rooms are too small, no closet or any furniture for suites of 2 beds.
-If you are carrying more than 2 electronic devices. The whole room only has 2 Electrical Outlets.

Terrible experience, currently staying here and I can barely sleep with the pillows provided by the hotel. Stiff neck since the first night. You would think with all the money this company makes per customer, they could afford better pillows, I bet I can go to a corner store and find something way better for the same price or cheaper. Rather sleep on the floor than waking up stressed every day staying here.

This was the perfect place to stay because our plan was to land on thursday night, sleep close to where we were going to have my wife's medical exam taken and then switch to another hotel. The bedrooms are small if you're plannimg to stay a couple days but the location is awesome. The TV only had local channels and was small. Aside from that everything was good.

The hotel could not accept credit cards, only cash was accepted, forcing me to get money exchanged.
Common areas were dirty.
Shower door had no seal on bottom and leaked a lot of water onto bathroom floor.
AC temperature could not be adjusted, so only option was to turn on or off.
Door to the room was difficult to function when entering from hall with key.
