Best hotel to stay at. My friends and I stayed here last week and we loved it. The employees are so nice and so helpful. The drivers who drive you around are also so nice and make you feel comfortable. I felt safe and like home. The breakfast is bomb! I would totally book them again if I need to go to juarez for whatever reason. They are so clean as well. I would always see the employees cleaning and mopping and made it smell so fresh and clean.

I’m so glad I chose this hotel for our week long stay. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the consulate, medical, and biometrics facilities if you’re here for immigration, which was our reason. Super clean, hand sanitizer everywhere, our room was cleaned and sanitized daily, the cafeteria offers free breakfast 6am-10am and food for sale until 10pm, gym, laundry room ($5 for 1 washer and dryer), arcade room, pool, and we had free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is friendly. About a 10 minute walk to a shopping mall. Definitely a place to stay.

Great hotel overall! Comfy bed, great free breakfast every morning! Staff is always with a smile, helpful and polite. Lulu the housekeeper did a great job cleaning our room every morning! And Alan the bellboy/driver was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and soo helpful. Having a shuttle at the hotel is great, but it makes it even better having staff like Alan that made us feel safe and took the time to hear what we needed and helped us. The whole stay was definitely positive. One of the best experiences we have had! Thank you Mesaluna staff!

This hotel is walking distance to the US Consulate, CAS and to the medical clinic. The service here was amazing! I felt safe and from day one love the kindness of all staff. The breakfast was great! Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned our room. Seriously one of the best hotel experiences. Including the taxis drivers that are usually outside, they had a good rate and they were super friendly. I actually felt super secure with them taking us to different places and they offered to pick us up once we were done with our shopping. Super amazing experience. 100% recommend this hotel.

I recommend Hotel Mesaluna!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anything that you might need they can help with. We felt very secure staying here. The breakfast is great. The consulado is just 3 min away walking. Great place to stay I would definitely recommend it!

Paper thin ceiling/floors. Could hear the people upstairs on their bed. One of the beds in our room was teetering for some reason, and every time we moved it caused this clunking wood noise ——-making noise in not only our room, but the room above us. The people upstairs from us also had this terrible quality bed that makes this clunking noise and it was terrible.

Bright Florescent lighting outside that is so strong there is no difference between day and night when you close the shades. Sincerely, it was so bright and overpowering the lighting outside. This is the kind of environment in hotels— that I try to stay away from hotels for.

The staff was excellent. But the uncomfortable clunking bed we were given, and the “bright as day lighting” outside in the middle of the night was a terrible aspect of this stay.

Room felt very cramped.

Again, staff was really great. But no - to the comfort of this place.

Get a comfortable Airbnb or choose another hotel.

Liked my stay, close to the consulate. Walking distance actually, free breakfast, can’t beat free. Friendly and clean especially with the measures they take against COVID. Will most likely come back to this hotel next time I’m here. Price is really reasonable too. I had a good relaxing visit.
