Best hotel to stay at. My friends and I stayed here last week and we loved it. The employees are so nice and so helpful. The drivers who drive you around are also so nice and make you feel comfortable. I felt safe and like home. The breakfast is bomb! I would totally book them again if I need to go to juarez for whatever reason. They are so clean as well. I would always see the employees cleaning and mopping and made it smell so fresh and clean.

You need to have serious money to stay around here. Cost is cheaper online in advance. Taxi are helpful and will take you where you need to go. That is costly. So as far as hotel wise, base simple place to stay for your needs. Not that fancy nor luxurious but will do. They will service you room. They will greet you and ask if you need anything.

Is a bit pricey to me . I believe the bedsheets were not changed. Parking lot is dark. If you need ice be ready to walk trying to find an ice machine. Ice machine is outside the building in the back in a dark area. After you get ice go back downstairs to get you t.v remote control. The chair in the room was not safe to use.

a month ago i stay there for immigration processes, and when i came back to the usa from juarez i noticed i was missing money i was really happy with the service at the beginning bc i stayed there almost 2 weeks, but now im interesting on recomend this place to anyone thats not fair i work alot just for someone to stole it that easy❗️❗️❗️ BE CAREFUL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

It's a cozy place, but it's more like Motel 6 a 70 d's look. The service is pretty good but the front desk lady's need to relax a little. Smile and be more welcoming for customers. But lady's who clean the rooms are really nice and willing to provide the guests anything. Great job!!! Well the price is reasonable when you're staying a week. It might not be fancy but a great place to relax and quite. Oh they do sanitizes...

Good place to stay. This time around wasn't the way it used to be.(11/11/21) stayed on the 2nd floor. When it was time to rest around 8pm there were kids running around in the hallways up on the 3rd floor. Not too nice. No breakfasts in the hotel, you have to go next door with a ticket that they give you. Personnel at the restaurant not to friendly either.

First things first. This place is a bad place. Being the cheapest in the area and looking at the pictures online we thought it would be good for us to stay here for the few days while we are here in Ciudad Juárez. Biggest mistake ever. Never ever all the places I have traveled have I stayed at such a horrible place. Customer service is horrible. The rooms are like 100 years old. Towels with stains and holes. Bed is rock hard. Bed sheets are nasty. They charge you for everything. Just to have the remote in the room they charge you. The free breakfast is literally what it is. Like 3 spoon fulls of whatever cheap they can give you. I recommend paying the extra dollars and stay somewhere else. You will be disappointed and regret staying here. Trust me.
