Best hotel to stay at. My friends and I stayed here last week and we loved it. The employees are so nice and so helpful. The drivers who drive you around are also so nice and make you feel comfortable. I felt safe and like home. The breakfast is bomb! I would totally book them again if I need to go to juarez for whatever reason. They are so clean as well. I would always see the employees cleaning and mopping and made it smell so fresh and clean.

Read the fine print. Booked it for 6 nights only ended up staying there 2 nights and they couldn’t even give me any money back I for sure thought they would give me some money back. They also ask for a deposit of $20 and if you want it back you have to bring your tv remotes back to reception. Smells clean all the time but there is a smell sometimes of sewer. Hot water I think gets turned off or just takes a while before it gets warm. Breakfast was ok but they charged even to get juice only thing that’s included is coffee.

Very clean in every aspect. Staff is helpful and sociable. We enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Hotel Conquistador Inn.

All good, bit dusty. If you're OK with it. It's close to everything you need to get to. If visiting for Consular appointments, taxi are free for those resources only. Taxi can take you where you need to go asap. They have several taxi drivers. Very Spanish friendly and knows where everything is. Also take you to stores, but it's all close to walk too.

It’s horrible. Honestly this is the worst stay hotel in Cd Juarez. When we first entered our room it smelled like sewage lingering, stains on the wall, very outdated, there’s this huge noise that goes on all day and night as if you can here the pluming vibrating along with a loud noise and on top of it all its horrible service.. PLEASE READ THEIR TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FIRST. We had an emergency and needed to leave instead of having to stay an extra night, no matter your situation they don’t care, they’re just money hungry and did not want to reimburse for that extra night.. We asked to talk to the manager and that lady in the front told us he’s not to be found.. Um what?? Breakfast is tasteless and not just that, If you have a child they’ll charge instead of being complementary like the rest. They had a food menu to pick breakfast but brought us what they already had. I’d say it’s False advertisement if you can’t get something specific off that menu then what is the point of it.. The only good service about this hell hotel is the guys who are willing to help take your stuff to your room. This will be the first and last to be here.. Thank GOD!! Before staying at this dump we had stayed at Mesaluna right across from this place and holy wow best service, spotless clean, wonderful rooms, games, and good breakfast sadly there weren’t available rooms to stay which is how we landed here not knowing we had to stay two extra days here for some business purposes. I’d STRONGLY RECOMMEND MESALUNA. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HELL HOTEL “Conquistador inn” it’s not worth it. I’m not one to post reviews and complain but wow this is very disappointing ????????????

This was my second visit at this hotel and my experience this time was horrible. The room we got was filthy, seem like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. On one of our beds, the sheets had stains and hair on them. The shower leaked water from the bottom and I had to shower in cold water because I got tired of waiting for the hot water..
