My experience at Chapa was one to remember!
Our drinks were sub-par at best, but the food was phenomenal. I had the Old Fashioned and the Margarita while my girlfriend had the Mango Morita. We both agree the drinks too sweet and syrupy.
The food was terrific, a well rounded meal consisting of fish and steak dishes. I would say that the steak stole the show with its juiciness and balanced seasoning. The tiradito atun and pulpo were both good while on the slightly overly-salty side.
Service was attentive yet a bit over-bearing. Couldn’t take a bite before 3 waiters asked how I was doing.
Overall, would recommend! I love the graphics and menu design! Give the designer high praises and a raise!

Excellent steak, one of the best I had in my life.
The staff is extremely friendly but very few speak English. The service was superb.
The atmosphere is impressive and very luxurious. The price was not bad but would be very expensive for a Mexican person.
Definitely I will return there.

The steak is really good, medium rare, and the atmosphere is great, the service is also good. Besides, the bartending is good.

We dined here Monday, September 5th around 4 pm. This is honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I were really excited to try Chapa Prime for the first time. We were looking forward to a fun night and hopefully amazing food. Even upon arriving, we were happy to get a table without a reservation and could smell the aroma of steak. We were just really looking forward to our experience here. Things started fine. We were greeted and sat, and were immediately served some chicharones with salsa. We ordered drinks and received them generally quickly. We then ordered guacamole and another round of drinks that would arrive with our meals. The guacamole never came, but our entrees did, without our drinks. We waited for a glass of wine and an old fashioned. The waiter was nonexistent. My husband was able to flag down a young man named Victor, who apologized and told us he’d put our drink order in for us (as in it was never put in and neither was the guacamole). We ended up cancelling the appetizer, since our main courses had already arrived. Our waters were never re-filled and no one paid us any mind at all, other than Victor. The drinks arrived. The wine was correct, but my husbands drink was very far from an old fashioned. It was a pink cocktail covered in tajin. All of the staff, other than Victor was extremely neglectful and borderline rude. I witnessed the staff simply standing around chit chatting while we were sitting idle, waiting for anyone to look our way and help us. About 10 minutes later we receive our drinks and I see the coordinator walk past us and roll his eyes at us. We never sparked a complaint at all, or gave a reason for the staff to be annoyed by us, and we were polite to all staff, even after the coordinator rolled his eyes at us. As far as I know, we never gave any reason for staff to give us attitude. We are typically very understanding of busy staff, however it was not busy and I am not okay with outright rudeness. The tacos and drinks were delicious (even though one drink was wrong, it still tasted good so we didn’t complain), the pasta was mediocre, the dessert was good, but the service is absolutely unforgivable. This is the first review I’ve ever left on a business’s google page. I mean this with all sincerity, this is the absolute, without question, worst dining experience we have ever had and we will never be back.
The man named Victor was given a generous tip because he was the only person to pay us any mind throughout the entire night. Food was also quite pricey, considering the portion size, although most of it was delicious. I could usually look past portions and price if it weren’t for the staff’s attitude.
What an utter disappointment.
Thank you, Victor, for being the only person to treat us like actual humans.

I visited this place with my husband and two children under 12. The atmosphere of this place is Very elegant, quiet(medium jazz music playing), very little outdoor lighting.A nice place to have a business brunch or anything similar. I Recommend to dress well or you will feel out of place. Food was good. I Rate this restaurant a 4 star for the following reasons; when seated we waited about 4 min before our waiter greeted us .. My husband had to call over the busboy to get some service to our table. Second reason is at the time we placed our order our order took a very long time. Third reason is all four plates were not served at same time or following in a good amount of time. Kids plate came out first and by the time the other two plates for my husband and myself were served kids had finished and had to sit there and watch us. Other than that food had good taste kids enjoyed their chicken fingers. And my husband and I enjoyed ours.
