The house keepers are very sweet! The price is OK, but let me tell you, if you like bed Bugs.... This is the hotel for you! We had to be moved 3 times from room to room. The first night the rooms smelled like damp stinky old clothes, (great for allergies) there turned out to be a water leak! The next night I was bitten by lots of bed bugs and finally we we're put in
a room that was OK. The manager didn't even ask if I was OK all she did was send the housekeeper with an ointment and brushed it off. My husband finally contacted the owner and complained. And guess who showed up at our door right away... Yup the manager... All of the sudden days later she was worried about our stay.
We saw the owners and their son in nice cars and dressed all nice, mean while the customers are being eating alive by bed bugs! In Juarez the hotel is known as the Bug Hotel.. I wish we would have known!

Rooms are kind of stinky, but clean, and the employees are really nice people. Prices are great. Breakfast is included in price ... buffet style ... food is so-so ... but fills you up. Great location for visitors to Consul ate Offices. Google+ street view and coordinates are slightly off, but will get you close enough.

This "hotel" is more like a motel. The towels are ripped, the bedding is old, the beds are hard. We stayed here 4 nights and only the first night they gave us toiletries. They also advertised "free" continental breakfast but that was also a LIE! Save your money and go elsewhere. These people are ripping us off in front of our faces. Never staying here again. For 58 dollars a night, I'm sure there's plenty of other places to stay.

It's an ok place. Breakfast is ok too. Close to the US consulate and clinics. Wifi has worked well, AC works perfect but our heater is not so good. Nights are kind of cold this time of year. Staff is very nice. I would recommend it if you are here for your immigration interview. They also have security ;)

The worst hotel I have ever been. Tv very old and doesn't even work. The Internet falls very often and it's very slow. Everything it's old. And service it's sucks. They don't pay attention to the guest. I called them 4 times just to come and program the old tv. Because it wasn't getting any channels

Nice place to stay! Is a very safe place to be very close to the american consulate and close to very well know restaurants, Denny's, Applebee's, MacDonald, Wendy's, Ihop, Starbucks, and subway, all of this places are not even a mile away.

Nice staff. Secure. Very convenient to consulate. Beds creak and are lumpy. Can hear room above. Wifi was on and off. OK for a limited budget.
