Although this says for water sports - we did do jet ski right outside our resort at Riu Palace Las Americas. We also booked here for our excursion for ATVs, ziplining and jumping in the cenote river at Jungle Kingdom.

Our first time for all adventure - it was thrilling! We had so much fun! Definitely recommend trying something new and fun!

Jet ski was about $65 per person to ride a jet ski. If you are riding with someone it is also still $65. The excursion was $145 together for 2 people.

I had my first scuba driving with instructor Alex. He was very nice and patient. The instruction was very clear and we had practiced at the pool first and he made sure we understood everything. Then we took a boat ride and start driving. We were done there for 40-50 minutes. The view was beautiful! So worth it!

I had my first successful scuba diving with instructor Lili. She was very nice and patient. The instruction was very clear and we had practiced at the pool first and she made sure we understood everything. Then we took a boat ride and start driving. We were done there for 35-40 minutes. The view was beautiful! So worth it!

Ivan, Julio y Manaces were awesome tour guides. They made everything so fun and we had the best treatment. We were a group of 29 we were all very pleased. They had to make a lot of drinks and did everything with a smile. Also they were super knowledgeable anything we asked they answered with knowledge. There is a lot of choices when doing tours. After talking to several sales reps. We decided to go with scuba caribe. They offer us a private bus at a cheaper rate with everything included. Mayabtravel picked us up. Isla Murijes snorkel tour is not a tour. If you don’t want to snorkel do not buy this package. I was going to book another cruise but I decided on this one due to them having a booth at the Riu Las Americans Cancun. I was so disappointed. About 10 people decided not to snorkel and we all had to wait on the boat in silence. Even though we decided not to snorkel we had no drinks or music (was offered water). After the group of snorkelers came back and we moved on from that spot we had some drinks (I am still waiting for the rum and coke I asked for). We went on to the beach club and allocated 1 hour for food. This is not a beach club. It’s a seaside hole in the wall. Food was ok and not memorable. We then went to Isla Murijes 2.5 hrs for shopping and sight seeing. David explained what the island had to offer but it was a disappointment because there was not even a map offered to find the places he mentioned. We were offered golf karts for $35 an hr to drive around the island but it would have been useless because my GPS don’t work and we couldn’t find anything. The three of us decided to try the restaurants close to the dock. We were told to get back to the boat at 3:20pm. At 3:04pm majority of us went back to the boat and was told we can’t get on the boat until 3:20. My sister was sick and asked if she could get on just to sit down. They said “no, we told you what time to come back.” The tour was uneventful, boring and memorable for all the wrong reasons. David was helpful and tried to make us comfortable but other crew members treated the 3 black people on board differently. One guy helped everybody off the boat except my friend and left her sandals in the bucket and put it back on the boat while he placed all other footwear on the dock (my sister and I had our sandals in our bags.) I went back to the guy we bought the tickets from and he said “David told me you guys were hangover and slept the whole ride.” We went inside the boat on our way back to avoid sitting and leaning on others. We all sat elbow to elbow on deck due to the net at the front of the boat that prevent us from standing or moving around. I fell asleep on my way back because the boat ride was boring, I was extremely upset and so over the “tour.” I reached out to the company and yet to have my problems addressed

My family of 4 did the snorkeling trip to Isla Mujeres and had a GREAT time!!! The crew was so nice and fun, they made us very comfortable. I started to panic when it was time to get in the water, and they were so supportive and calm. All 4 of us loved the snorkeling experience which was about 30 minutes. The reef was gorgeous with some very cool underwater sights. We then went to the island for 3 hours of free-time. We loved the island, tons of shopping and places to eat...we could've spent many more hours there. The boat ride was so unbelievably beautiful. The guys offered plenty of fresh water, beer and wine to all of the passengers. Highly recommend this tour to anyone on vacation in Cancun. Isla Mujeres is not to be missed!

We booked 2 events with this company. The first one was for a jungle tour. We got picked up from the airport and the driver took 3 hours to reach our destination. He went to pick up another family which barely fit everyone. 3 hours to get there and 2 hours to come back. The families hotel was located veryyyy out of the way. Our second tour was a private boat tour which i paid 625$ for. The experience was great but when returning back the gentlemen told us we had to wait 30 minites for our transportation which youd think is absolutely unnacceptable after spending that much. So we ended spending another 20$ to pay for a taxi to take us back to our hotel. I would reccomend you book tour in advance and not with this company.
