La peor empresa con la que jamas haya tratado, no solo me pidieron un adelanto por paypal ( lo cual ya es complejo porque no tenia una cuenta) sino que cuando finalice la reserva y pague el dinero me dijeron que ya no tenian mas cupo ( a pesar de haberme confirmado el cupo 10 minutos antes).
El personal es grosero, particularmente a mi me atendió Cindy, lejos de pedir disculpas por lo sucedido, culpan al cliente por haber demorado ( 10 minutos) en hacer el pago, a todo esto te piden comprobantes de todo, pero aun no han devuelto el dinero, ni enviado comprobante de la devolución a pesar de haberlo solicitado.
Mas allá de la estafa, de la ineficiencia, de la dificultad en el metodo de pago empleado, de la imposibilidad real de que el cupo se haya acabado en 10 minutos cuando ya estaba confirmado ( lo cual habla directamente de la basura de empresa que es) lo peor es que el empleado que te atienda no solo no tenga la decencia de disculparse y ofrecer una solución viable, sino que encima se lave las manos pretendiendo que sea culpa exclusiva del cliente.
