I actually stayed at the apartments in the back corner which I regretted! I heard mixed reactions of the plaza. So I can't really criticize. I can say it's in a great location! Shopping and entertainment and great restaurants close by. Beach access in short walking distance. Public bus service and easy to catch. Just be careful! The drivers can take advantage of you if you don't know the bus fare. Don't shop locally for souvenirs. Go to mercado 28 NOT Plaza 28! More reasonable prices at the market and food stalls too! Walking distance to other shops and restaurants along a main fare.

Great place to stay, good location, 10 min walk to the main entertainment area and the beach. Not giving it 5 stars as the elevator is not functional. Other than that it's a very good place to stay

I stayed there through Airbnb. My host was great. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
