It's very different from the surrounding hotels in the area. Much more authentic. The building is old and seems battered but once inside it's very pleasant.
The staff went out of their way to help us check in early.
The room was very clean and a quirky layout. Would definitely stay again.

The place looks run down, abandoned. It looks like they are trying to salvage whats left of this building. They mask it with updated fixtures but the place is super old. The room was dusty and smelled of mold. We left with itchy throats and difficulties breathing. They didn't wash the cup on top of the counter that was left for 3 days. To park, we had to open the gate ourselves. $20 per day per person for breakfast is ridiculous! Eggs, fruit, muffins, super greasy ground beef, and coffee that tasted horrible. Never booking this place again! I wouldn't book again.

I booked a room 3 months ago. I intended to keep that booking. I loved the pictures of the room.
I called numerous times.
never one single answer. ever.
i sent multiple emails, again, no answer ever.
needed to request shuttle service. also,
no answer ever.
I contacted them on Facebook. they just left me on read.
hotels.com also couldnt reach them.
im disappointed I have to give up this room to ease my mind into a place to stay and relax.

wish it was here. but. dominos fell the wrong way.

I stayed here in May of this year after a whole mix up with another room at what they would call " a popular hotel". This by far was nothing short of amazing. The staff catered to my ever need. My room was always clean, fresh wash clothes and towels. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys May 2018 for my next Cancun trip!! Only thing is I wish they had a pool

Absolutely phenomenal. Amazing location near the Krystal Grand which is 5 times more expensive. Amazing air conditioned rooms. The balconies are locked unlike previous reviews stated. Rooms are quiet and I got an amazing sleep every night. Hot water is luke warm on weekends and on weekdays it's flawless. 5min walk to Coco Bongo. Beautiful latin architecture building. Amazing service. Hotel has a security guard outside 247. Highly recommend if you want the best non all inclusive non resort hotel in the Hotel Zone.

Love the architecture of the building. AC in rooms. Very clean. Building is unassuming but has great staff and is fairly quiet. No breakfast. ..but there's a good restaurant next door and the best evening outdoor bar serving delicious Mexican food made on the grill . Love the fresh Margheritas there.

Internet reception is terrible. If you are lucky, you can send a whatsapp message.
Also one of the windows broke and instead of fixing it, they just cleaned up the broken glass, and we had no window for the rest of the stay, which made it really noisy the whole night. Definitely not a nice place to stay. Better pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.
