The beach is very nice; shallow, but nice. The staff is friendly, but not too helpful...even if you speak Spanish. The food, while plentiful, is only okay. The White Box (reservation required) and the Moroccan restaurant are very good. The drinks are light on alcohol, so I recommend ordering Long Island Iced Tea's, as they at least will pack a punch. The location is very good; within walking distance to the night clubs, Mexican restaurants, and shops (but far from the other Oasis hotels). Overall not a bad resort, but no more than 3 stars. Good for a first-timer, but definitely will go somewhere else next time.

I visited this hotel since April 2014. I had a great stay but was only one night. What was the reason that I did stay only night? because I had a bad experience with the hotel which was about robbery. Some of the staff got into our room and opened the safety deposit box and stolen some money. For that reason, We had to transfer into other hotel as what we were offred from the manager that we could transfer any hotel that named grand oasis. We had a security over to our room and said nothing we could do. It was mysterious incident that we Had in that hotel. We are sure that the money was stolen from the box. I highly recommended anyone to make sure that the safety box in that hotel is not safe as you expacted to be. My advice that you avoid that hotel if you are going to have a lot of money ( cash). You never know what would happen to you once you get into the hotel otherwise change the hotel to other Oasis cancun.

Way over booked, lots of people had reservations and didn't get a room, they sent us to a crapoy hotel in the city for the night, we got a room the next day. The place is pretty nice, two pools places to eat. 30 bucks for 5 days.

We went June 27 2014 it was amazing. The rooms were very clean, food was great, all the staff was helpful and very polite. I can't wait to go back.

Very excellent service, food, and entertainment. Very quiet and romantic at the same time. I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to go back there again!

My room was flooded I went on 2014, got a different room after that it was better but, there is not too much to do here, restaurants are good specially the italian
