This café is located inside the Royal Islander Resort Hotel in Cancun. I really didn’t like the coffee the hotel served for breakfast (or the breakfast for that matter), so I began each day by buying a coffee here. They offer “American coffee”, cappuccinos, espressos and other permutations of coffees. But here’s the tip: they use the same professional espresso machine to make your “American” coffee” as they do to make the more expensive espressos and cappuccinos, so order yourself the American. I would buy milk in the Royal Market (also located in the hotel) and make myself 3 coffees out of the one large that I bought. Plus, it was really good coffee!
