So we are at the Royal Sands Resort in an all inclusive vacation, which includes the amenities at the other Royal resorts as well. So we made a reservation here and had a great dinner. Our server was Lionel, and assistant waiter Franchesca. Let me tell you that the service alone was worth 5 stars (probably 6). They we super attentive and took extremely good care of us. The food was prompt and had a 5 star presentation! Everything looked AMAZING! The taste of the food was very good overall, not great, but very good. If you’re looking for a nice meal, with GREAT service and presentation, you won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I went last night for dinner the customers' service was exceptional from the front desk to the end. The food was delicious. Definitely, I will be back next year. Complements to the chef.

Outstanding food, first class service, awesome atmosphere, the perfect evening.
Dinner at this restaurant was the most delicious food. Alejandro made our night. The quality of his service was outstanding. His kindness and his attentiveness was heart warming.

One of favorites here in cancun. Can't go wrong with the food, the live music and the amazing service. Angel was our waiter and he was on top of everything we needed or if we had any questions regarding what was on the menu also with recommendations.

The most amazing well trained staff in the world with the best head chef. The food is to die for and the atmosphere is so relaxing and romantic. Best dinner ever

This restaurant is wonderful the food is good the staff is impeccable but couple but we had several issues with reservations not reservations, Especially after the concierge call and made reserve our reservation, that's something that they need to work on.
