What an amazing experience overall. The employees are super nice, very thoughtful, their positive attitude is contagious.
What can I say, the hotel is just absolutely amazing, squeaky clean, great view, great beach, enormous pool which was something we were looking for since, even if the hotel was full, the pool never felt packed. There's tons of pools and space, the cocktails are delicious.

As long as you have realistic expectations, this place is a great deal. The beach is amazing, with covered chairs, and drink service. The breakfast and lunch buffet is great. Be sure to book the specialty restaurants upon check-in for you whole stay, as reservations go quick. The room is average, as far as tropical destinations go. Could use maintenance, but was well cleaned. The view from the room was amazing. Always ask for the type of liquor you want but name brand, because most of the house liquor is very low quality.

The service is wonderful with a couple very minor exceptions the employees did a fantastic job probably the best experience was at the pool and more specifically the pool bar. Santos and Miguel were excellent bartenders. Their drinks were top notch and their service was exceptional I would come back to the hotel just on those two guys being there. Overall the food was great the seafood was excellent I felt the American bistro wasn’t all that great. Steakhouse was wonderful the buffet at the adults only was great as well. I don’t know her name but the lady in the morning making the omelettes did an excellent job as well.

This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it.

Great service! I had a blast. Chef Ivan was very nice. The entertainment team was great especially Carlos, Franco, and Luisa. The waitstaff worked so hard, especially Manuel during breakfast and Roberto for dinner. The pools were great. We had a lot of fun . The Steakhouse is a must!!

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation! The entertainment kept the seven (4 adults, 3 kids ages 6-10) having fun each day at the pool and evenings at the shows. Huge shout out to Fernanda! She’s amazing! We really enjoyed the daily water polo, volleyball and pool basketball. We also enjoyed bingo and the other competitions! Definitely recommend this beautiful resort!

The most AMAZING vacation experience of my life. The service was beyond exceptional. The room met and exceeded all my expectations. The food was amazing, we did not want to stop eating. Chef Luis made an excellent spread. Everything was delicious, beautiful, fresh, and sparkling clean. We will come back again and again. We didn’t want our vacation to end! So sad to go.
