Great team and great service. May be they forgot me but I still have best memories from past summer and think about them all the time and of course my dream finally came true. Got my PADI license here and my instructor Marius was paying attention to every my single move as a true professional and I felt absolutely safe. My advise to beginners, do not have a breakfast before you go out on the sea and that makes you feel miserable

Really amazing first dive for me! Saw some beautiful reefs and felt comfortable the entire time. Flo was super friendly and helpful coordinating our dives and making sure my dive partner and I were both getting the best deal (since he was a certified diver), and dive instructors were calm and thorough.

We payed for the photos they took when we went parasailing and never received them. They said they would email them and never did. Now I'm trying to call to ask about it and nobody knows or can't give me an answer or help me.

We booked a snorkel tour through our hotel with Dressel Divers in Cancun. We really enjoyed our adventure. The guide, Georgia, did a great job of making everyone feel welcome and was very knowledgeable about the local culture and the specifics of the locations that we toured including plaint/animal life and historical significance. Drinks, lunch, and transport were included in our tour package and were adequate.

The only complaint I have - and the reason why I deducted a star from my rating - was that the number of other tour participants was misrepresented by the Dressel Rep that we booked our tour with. She indicated that there would only be 5 other people in a van designed to seat 12 when there were actually 8 other people. This was not a situation where the additional 3 booked last minute and added to the count - the 8 people were all part of one big family and confirmed that they had booked all at the same time. Under normal circumstances, having a few extra people squished into a van would be mildly uncomfortable but not a big deal - but in COVID-19 times the extra bodies present extra risk and stress. We might have shopped around a little bit more if we had known that this tour was so close to capacity.

This was the best vacation of my life. Sergio and all his crew at the Dressel dive center at the Barcello Maya Palace Resort were not only helpful, super knowledgeable, but kind, patient, and sooo fun. They made my 2nd vacation to the same resort even better. I will book my next vacation here again..... just to dive with them again.
I booked the Gorilla Package with Sergio (12 Dives) for my 16 day stay with them, and I could not believe the amazing places they took me. Cave diving, shipwrecks, Cozumel, reefs, Bull Sharks, and the list goes on!
Staying at the Barcello Resorts lets you walk minutes out your hotel room door, and you are at the center, ready to dive at all hours of the day.
If I could give these guys a 12 Star review...... I would do it. If you dive, and want real fun...... Book your next vacation here, and ask for Sergio the boss.
This is my 2nd time there in the last 5 months, and I am booking another trip here in a couple months. Amazing!!!

My review is for diving trip
By the way, this is not located in Cancun in case you stay in Cancun and look for local dives. They pick you up, drive 35ish min. The shuttle runs once a day so if you are done at 2pm then you have to wait till 4 catxh the shuttle. The one in cancun is just a sale booth. 1. They offer 20% prepaid 2. They operate reservation u0026 operation seperate. Those may work well if everything goes well but unfortunately it wasn't for my case. I prepaid at 20% discounted rate to do bull shark dive and cenote dive (aka cenote plus pack that offers cenote dive plus two dives that you can use for bull shark dive)

They cancelled my bull shark dive the day before which I'm okay with. However, the real problem was that they do their best not to give money back. I did cenote then they offered me to do local dive to compensate the cancelled bull shark dive. I didn't want to do local dive so I've been asking for refund. The crew at the shop told me I need to work with the reservation.

Guess what? The reservation has been refusing to the refund with all the cost. They weren't afraid of lie straight at my face that their cancellation policy is applicable for cancelled trip too which I had to help them to remind the cancellation policy. If you want to avoid this headaches, please do favor for yourself - book with other dive shop. If you stay in cancun, use local.

Booked parasailing trip with this company. We had a wonderful experience, was taken care of from pick up to drop of. I highly recommend this company for all water sport activities
