My stay was amazing! The staff was great, especially Franco, the front desk and guest services staff! Unfortunately it rained for each day of our stay but we never felt bored or unsatisfied! The food was pretty good for buffet style. The rooms and common areas are clean and smell nice. There’s plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, great for small or large groups! We stayed on the Adults Only side and the rooms were very spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would love to book again!

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon and it was truly amazing. Perfect service and amenities. We felt very relaxed and everyone was so nice. I thought it was great that we had access to both areas of the hotel with all the restaurants. The ocean was great, the seaweed cleared up enough one of the days to go swim out into the ocean! Special thanks to Alex, Gael, Vivian, and all the staff who helped make our stay super fun and relaxed. Definitely recommend reserving all your dinners for the week upon arrival. Blown away by coral level!!

What a great experience at this resort! Hector and all of the staff were beyond helpful! They made sure we had our dinner reservations, our COVID testing, travel to the airport, excursions, everything we wanted/needed….. Hector made sure we were organized and ready to enjoy our vacation with no worries. Pool and beach staff always made sure we were “hydrated” and involved in all the resort activities. Franco is super fun and energetic! The rooms were amazing with spectacular views to watch the sunrises/sunsets from the room balcony if we wanted. The beach was wide and beautiful. It really was paradise! We had some flight issues at the end of our stay and the resort took such good care of us - again making sure we had everything in place to get us home. We highly recommend this resort and will be going back soon (but using a different airline next time ????).

The staff was very professional and very helpful. They constantly checked to ensure that we were okay during our stay. The waitresses are very hardworking, always checking to see if there was anything we wanted. The rooms were cleaned everyday! The refrigerator was always stocked. The food was also good, I just wish they had more variation. Overall, it was a great experience, definitely would come again.

My husband and I spent a week with friends at Coral Level and we had the best time! The atmosphere at the pool each day was fun and relaxing. Fernanda and Alexei were wonderful at their jobs by keeping exciting games and entertainment flowing. But they also were equally pleasant to be around! The drinks made by pool staff were awesome, shout out to Santos and Miguel for keeping us hydrated. I would love to visit again!

This was our first stay at Iberostar Coral Level. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and food was good. At the pool, they had games and the staff was very attentive in providing drinks and/or food. The aqua bike and aqua fitness classes were so fun. I didn’t catch the name of the instructors but I took the classes on 9/26/22. Housekeeping was excellent. Everyday, housekeeping would leave flowers in a different arrangement on the bed and they also came multiple times per day. Neto, front desk staff, was very attentive from the moment we arrived. He was friendly and did his best to be helpful/resourceful. We had a massage at the time and it was great. Very calming and spa valet, Diana, was very attentive. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed November 2021 and it was The best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. The front desk concierge were extremely accommodating, helpful and made everything amazing for the birthday we were celebrating. Food was really good with a plethora of options, top shelf liquor was provided, and the views were nothing short of amazing. The room was spectacular with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The property was extremely clean. I’d recommend this hotel 10x over.
