What a lovely place to kiteboard. I had a 24 hour layover in Cancun and decided to bring a kite. It is a hidden gem located at the end of a dirt road approximately a 25 minute Uber ride from downtown. Had a nice kite session in shallow flat water with clean wind, followed by a shower and a hot breakfast. It is hard to imagine a better way to spend the morning.

Excellent place for beginners. I had a miles of waist high water and an excellent teacher (Mowgli). It is here that I finally learned how to get up on the board and take off. Excellent! I plan on coming back.

I've never been to a kite center before but this was a hugely positive experience. Awesome instructors, good prices, flat shallow water to learn on and very friendly people. Showers and a place to eat it's all cash off the beaten path and not at all a resort but the vibe is right.

Great chilled kite place.
Lovely staff and kite team! Also great for beginners as well as advanced kiters. Wave and lagoon spot 10‘ with a car away…

Rooms are big and clean.
Highly recommendable - thanks for the nice stay.

The picture is not mine so not sure if it is the correct view. Awesome spot for kite surfing, water is mostly 1.5m deep 4-5 feet deep. I kited there only. They have rooms, camping, loft bunk area and food too.

Meet the Focca, he’s super host! hope I spelled that right. We stayed in one the rooms close to reception. Was always breezy and cool, people were great, food is amazing and Kiting on the lagoon was great. We were there in mid December wind was around 15knts on two days. Lagoon so flat water great for training and no worries when you lose the board.

The place is absolutely amazing to learn Kiteboarding. The staff were super nice and friendly and the vibe was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to learn Kiteboarding.
