Excellent rooms. Only stayed for one night. You are able to control each temperature in all the rooms. The food service was excellent. I would definitely come back if I want to be by the airport. They also provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. If you want to do a little souvenir shopping before you head out. Go through the parking lot and there is a small walking gate to another building for a pharmacy, convenient store, and souvenir store.

Stayed here for one night before heading to our resort. Decent stay for the price! Honestly one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. They had so many options! Omelettes made to order, fruits, pastries, Mexican dishes, fresh juices, etc. definitely worth trying! Great for a night or 2 stay before heading home or somewhere else.

We had a late night flight coming in to Cancun. We decided to stay in this hotel for the night before we proceed to resort next morning. After we picked our luggage we called the hotel for the shuttle. In few van came and picked us up. Check in process was very slow. Room was very nice and clean. comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is little pricey.

Once again prove my theory wrong about airport hotels.
This hotel resembles a 5 star resort.
I loved the mid century mod style of the rooms and gave 4 stars bc the frigid temps in the room. I think it's a shame to boast how cold your rooms are and a waste.
The rooms are large and clean. The buffet was delicious and checked all the boxes, from an assortment of juices to egg station.
The pool area is quite nice resembles a lagoon hidden in a tropical forest. Also, has a hot tub. If you're heading to Cancun for a short stay, this hotel should be on the top of your list!

We stayed here one night because we had an early flight. We had a couple language barriers but were able to get checked in eventually. The rooms were clean and updated. The pool was nothing special but it was nice enough. The hot tub was slightly over warm (not sure you want to hotter in Mexico). They have a shuttle to the airport in the morning and it did arrive in time. We did have trouble with the battery on the safe dying the morning of our flight with our passports inside. We called for help and there was clearly no sense of urgency on their part but on the 10th try, it finally opened.

Good hotel if you need a place close to the airport. Staff was friendly and responsive. We didnt book a shuttle from the airport in advance and they had a shuttle to us 15 minutes later without any hesitation. The pool was great and the food was mediocre. If I needed a room near the airport again, I'd definitely stay here again. I wish other places I have visited had affordable, clean, easy to access hotels like this.

Good hotel to stay at for maybe a night and close to the airport. Rooms were clean except the bathroom doorknob kept falling off. The restaurant was excellent, food was good, and service was good. Also used the hot tub which was nice. Loved the free shuttle to the airport!
