All inclusive (Preferred Plus) is very confusing. No explanation or directions on how to navigate restaurants, They randomly are closed entirely. The buffet is Breakfast and Lunch only. Nobody knows this.
Preferred Club bar and EVERY staff are awesome. But if you like strong drinks ORDER them how you want them and they will make them.
We got the plunge pool and whirlpool on our deck.
We flagged down an AWESOME waiter from the beach preferred Club bar. He hooked us up with service to our deck pool. We tipped him, of course. YES! Epic service to have him.
Food was OK.
The location is AWESOME!
EVERY staff were friendly and well versed in hospitality and English.
We visited the Dreams Natura on this trip. We were NOT into it compared here. It is heavy Kid focused...we are not.

Cheap and convenient, look no more for a ride to most places in Yucatan. You can buy tickets in the airport or online.

DO NOT purchase tickets in advance. They make you purchase another if your flight is late and you miss the bus. Also, you’d better make sure you don’t leave anything on the bus or at the ticket counter. They will all of a sudden “not understand” what you’re saying!!

Didn't like the idea of going out of our way to pick up other riders. We paid goods money for transportation, not to be bused from resort to resortin our way back to the airport. A direct cab is your best bet for the money

Took a bus from Cancun Airport to Downtown Cancun. There is an ADO stand just outside the airport that sold the tickets. The bus stopped 3-4 times around the airport and then drove straight downtown to drop us off. The bus was relatively new and really clean. More like a charter bus than what you would expect.

We were getting our ride to the resort, this is where most passengers wait. Ignore the people inside the airport trying to sell you a timeshare or free entry to a club, they are all a scam. Also, tell the hordes of taxi drivers no immediately or they will hound you.

What a nightmare of obnoxiousness.
This reminded me of Wall Street (The New York Stock Exchange)... But for taxis. And alm Korea expensive than regular taxis.
Also... Some people there try and get a "visitors tax/fee" from you. DON'T PAY IT!
In fact... There's people trying to get money out I'd you everywhere you turn.
