I liked that it has charging stations almost near every row in the waiting areas.
The food court is quite extensive and the screens show the gates of each flight 60 minutes before boarding time.
The only bad thing is that the speakers tend to mix with the ones in the same group gates, because the flight crew that helps with boarding process speaks even when there are other airlines speaking at the same time.

This airport terminal is a lot busier than what it was probably designed for. Lines going through security weren’t that bad, but the waiting areas at the gates tend to get very very busy and can be quite dirty too. I can imagine airport maintenance staff being unable to reach these places even for a quick cleaning as there are always crowds - there aren’t enough seats for all passengers waiting.

When I was there, I saw seats filled with biscuit crumbs, some floors with small pools of coffee, etc. This is rather unfortunate since it seems like a nice airport too.

So impressed with Cancun Airport. Every process was quick and efficient. No long queues. Well staffed and easy directions to follow. Only one downside was lack of information screen facing you with information about flights when at your departure gate and seated.

This is a good airport with friendly staff. The only reason for 3 stars is the queues for checkin were huge!!! Once through security it is also very busy. If you are at gate A head there straight away as its lots quieter there

Worst experience my flight was delayed and I missed my connection, thanks to VivaAerobus airlines. There was no easy way to make my connection because the shuttle bus picks you up every 40 minutes thus is why I missed my flight. Terminal was twenty minutes away.

Face masks must be worn inside .Been in better airports. Havent quite got there act together yet.Due to gates cant get to shops as ques.Reach right to them cannot get passed.

Careful, outside everyone I trying to con you for as much as they can. If possible make prearrangements for any transportation that you need. Avoid Hertz in any case.
