Yes - excellent - this is the one to pick!! We googled and looked around at different companies and these guys had the best prices and best reputation put together. Our flight was delayed coming in, so we're we're technically very late for our ride, but it was still super easy at Cancun airport. We sat and had margaritas for twenty minutes and a new van came for us. They are big, clean, and comfortable. They have personal climate controls in the back for you and they have bottled water etc when you get in. They load up your luggage, and friendly and very nice, and they drive very well too. Like, they are fast but very safe and we felt 100% comfortable the whole way. They picked us up on time as scheduled from our resort in Tulum at the end of the vacation without any issues, and again the private van was very big and roomy, clean, and comfortable. Getting a private transfer is a bit of a luxury, but it's totally worth it for the comfort, privacy, and not having to be heeded like cattle on to a bus, or to be crammed into a tiny taxi. Canada Transfers was so easy and the staff and the actual rides were great. Gracias!

Loved the service here! It is wonderful to leave customs and immigration and know your vehicle awaits.
First time we did get dragged to talk to a tour operator but I was insistent that we weren't interested and just wanted our ride. Second time I told the guy waiting to just take is to the cab and absolutely not the tour operator and he did.
We ordered sandwiches and beer for the ride to the hotel...great way to kick things off

Just used Canada Transfers for the 1st time in the 6 years we’ve been coming to Cancun and can’t believe we haven’t used them sooner! Jorge and Ivan were absolutely wonderful. We were able to book drinks during our booking for the drive down. It was the quickest I’ve ever left the airport (usually we wait around a good 30 min before the car shows up). Not this time! They were ready and waiting on us. They were also on time to pick us up from our resort. We will definitely book them again for our next trip. ????????????????????????

We had a great experience with canadatransfers, and will definitely use them ongoing. There were some delays on arrival, however we were kept informed on the situation with clear communication and care. The pick up was smooth the van was very clean and cool! The driver and the airport employee were professional and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

We always use Canada Transfers when travelling in Mexico. They are amazing. ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE. We enjoy the deluxe ride on the way from airport to hotel and then then usually do the regular ride from hotel to airport. The drivers are so nice, and can generally speak good English. (I speak ok Spanish so doesn't matter much to me) But I know its important to others.

This trip, I forgot to book our return transfer and they were able to fit us in by contacting customer service. I appreciated that so much!
I'll be sure to book sooner next time.

After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to choose a transfer company, we settled on Canada Transfers. Communication was thorough via email. Pick-up was quite simple, so long as you follow their instructions. Go from customs straight to the outdoor pickup area. DO NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THE AIRPORT. Not even the ones who claim they work at the airport and can tell you where to go for your pick up. Do not make eye contact. Just walk until you're outside. Someone will have a Canada Transfers sign with your name u0026 they'll direct you to your vehicle. Pick up from the hotel is equally easy, but pay attention to the time they select for you. They time it based on your flight u0026 will get you to the airport 3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. While that may be the "correct" time to arrive, it's a long time to be in an airport. We emailed them to pick us up an hour later than their suggested time and still had plenty of time in the airport. Your mileage and risk aversion may vary.

Just got back from the Riviera Maya, and Canada Transfers was excellent!!! They were on time (or even early!), very clean van, cold beers as requested, polite, professional drivers, easy to find at the airport, easy to book and confirm! All around perfect experience, will certainly use Canada Transfers again next time we travel to Cancun! Thank you for your great service!
