They ensured we knew what to do before our trip, and the price was fair for how much service you get (especially compared to other companies). It's worth booking through them just in case something happens at Cancun airport so that there won't be any hassle or chaos on your part--and their drivers showed up right when they said someone would, which always helps out plenty). Very disappointed with the lack of compassion and willingness to help in time of need I was notified the night before my flight that it had been delayed several hours. I immediately emailed the transportation company to notify them of this. Because it was late I got up at 4am to go and meet the driver to notify them of the cancellation When I got there I was told by the driver that he would have to put me down as a no show. How is that when I came to let you know what happened and showed the cancellation notice. I then called the office later in the morning when they opened and was told that they require a 24 hour cancellation. HOW CAN I NOTIFY YOU 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF I AM NOT NOTIFIED. Furthermore, when booking the reservation you are asked for your flight information. Is there no one at the company that checks to make sure the flights are going out on time? The simple solution would have been to send a driver back later. Mind you, the flight that was cancelled was scheduled to leave at 7am and was rescheduled for 3:30 p.m. So were we supposed to go to the airport and sit there for several hours with nowhere to go? As a travel agent, I will definitely let my agents know to not use CANCUN AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION because of their inability to be flexible.

An excellent transportation service that I recommend. They are very professional, punctual, safe, and easy to contact by phone or email. The drivers help you with absolutely everything and any questions they can answer and go as far as to make the passenger comfortable on board !!!!

When booking the Suburban limo service which includes VIP service I asked through website what is included. The company said beer and water for each passenger. On arrival there was no beer, but when asking the driver to our destination where the beer was he pulled over on the highway and gave us beer that he had in the front. On departure they asked for $30 for the beer and there was nothing to drink on departure. You would think at $674 you would include beer. Either way these things should be disclosed.

Cancun Airport Transportation is a fantastic transportation company. I could not ask for more from this company, they were waiting for me at the airport, they took me to my hotel quickly, with a lovely driver, he helped us with the luggage going up and down and was a very friendly person in general, and the price was fair for the 4 days.

Absolutely no commonsense. I had a booked a return from playa del Carmen and everyone knows the ferry schedule and approximate time needed to walk till the pickup point. I even called(after trying to reach them like 50 times!) And told them exactly what my plans are. The driver left and when contacted customer service they flash their policy of 15 min wait.
Can't the driver make a simple phone/WhatsApp message?? Or better can't the customer be given the driver phone number in advance?

Paid extra for PRIVATE shuttle and after we arrived that was not the case. They put us in with another couple who also paid for private. The package was supposed to come with water and a snack we didn’t receive either.
