I just had surgery at Blatic surgery center and the nurses, doctors and staff were so wonderful and always helping and answering my questions because I was so nervous but everything went great. The hospital is very clean and sanitize.

Worst nursing staff minus the male nurses who are wonderful. Was told I go to bathroom too much to wait until morning. Also was forced to sit in soaked chucks since the nurses didn’t want to change. Pure hell. Plus nothing cleaned and blood is all over my room

My sister had surgery with Baltic Team on the 4th floor. I called to chk up on her to there line since I couldn't get ahold of her. I tried calling a few times before I was able to get ahold of someone . The nurse taking care of my sister was really Rude not giving me info and refuse to give me her name.
Worst nurse if she is even a real nurse. She stated i couldn't visit my sister but would be allowed to pick her up.. To which i replied what would be the difference since i would be allowed inside the hospital. At this point she decided to hung up on me.. Yes Miriam I got your name.Would i recommend this Hospital Nope and the 1 star is only because I had to rate but I would give no stars.

The nursing staff on the 4th overnight staff were horrible. My daughter hS just got out of surgery and they were very short with her and while we were on FaceTime she rang for another pillow and the nurse who went to get it came back and laid it on her chest...my daughter had just had an arm lift and upper body lift and couldn't adjust the pillow on her own yet the nurse put it on her chest and walked out. As a mother it broke my heart to watch my daughter not only be treated this way but to also start crying and there was nothing I could do about it. Smh just horrible that a nurse could do that.????????????????

Do not waste your money here, had a friend tell me about her experience u0026 I couldn’t believe this hospital is still open! Don’t take extra cash unless you want it to go missing u0026 be aware of their unprofessionalism

Excellent Dr. ALEJANDRO GAXIOLA, Plastic Surgeon, everything went great and I am so happy with my surgery and all the staff was amazing.
