I recommend going to Gaxiola 100%, I went to get a rhinoplasty and when I tell you they guided me through the whole process I mean it, Sarhay was able to explain everything and kept in contact with me up to my surgery and even after,she is amazing and The best part is I was able to get my surgery a month from when I called. I’m only two weeks post op and I LOVE MY NOSE.

The best doctor in Tj. My experience was so great I had a whole mommy makeover everyone in that team are so professional and make you feel so comfortable..Doctor Gaxiola very informative with what procedures he is going to do and what you want to look like. I look great thanks to him!!! Thank you so much Doctor Alejandro..And shout out to the girls there.. especially to my coordinator Michelle 5 stars to her in answering all my questions before pre opt and after surgery.. They are so good that I am going for round 2 with him to do my nose in march can't wait....

This human and his team deserve a five star review. I did TT 360 and can't thank him enough for the amazing work he did. I'm a week post operation now and despite the swelling, I'm so in love with my results! I was a bit hesitant because I have no idea about the doctors in TJ until I knew about him through a friend. And I'm so glad that I chose him!
Although I don't speak the language, I felt very welcomed, the team were extremely kind and caring. And the clinic cleanness is above it all. I strongly recommend him.

Hello, I starting this journey over a year ago, I visited Dr. Gaxiola’s office with my friend for her post op, had a consultation for 360 tummy tuck BBL and arms and because I was so impressed with the doctor and eye to detail I put $500 deposit for surgery on April 7, 2020, because of COVID I didn’t go. And I never rescheduled. But didn’t pursue any money back because I knew who I wanted to do my surgery and I knew it would be awhile before I could do so. Adriana, and her staff were very nice, patient, and worked with me. In August 2020, I decided to touch basis with Adriana (because I speak no Spanish) and talk about rescheduling my surgery. It was now scheduled for December 26th, I was soooo excited finally to be getting my surgery. I told my friends and family, the only thing keeping me from Mexico is if I get COVID, well that’s what happened, I simply called the office, spoke to Adriana and rescheduled for January 29th. The office staff was wonderful, I’m glad there is English speaking staff. Not one time did I feel, disrespected, ignored, and since I wanted the surgery still with Dr. Gaxiola I never had issues with money. I was patient til I could do it safely. I might of gotten lucky with my reschedule date to be so close to my cancellation, maybe someone else cancelled, but even if I had to wait longer I would have. The $500 is to hold the date. If you don’t come or cancel you lose the $500 because he could have made money that day you didn’t come, or have someone else in that time slot. I understand this because I’m self employed and if someone doesn’t show up you lose money even if you do call ahead in a way your still losing out because your other appointments you’ve booked are farther out. Any way you look at it the surgeon losing money if you cancel and I would never expect my $500 back if I cancelled. Right now currently I am recovering and so far happy with my results and I can’t wait for the full recovery! Hospital staff, surgeon, eEVERYONE that I came into contact with was attentive, courteous and friendly! Dr. Gaxiola wanted me to stay an extra night because he did finish up with me late the night before and my blood pressure was a little low. That extra night I was not charged for under my circumstances, another plus.I recommend Dr. Gaxiola!

WARNING:: STAY FAR AWAY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY THEN STOP RESPONDING I HAVE SVREENSHOTS TO PROVE EVERYTHING SO THEY CANT comment that this is a fake review.

IF you are researching doctors and clinics and see this clinics RECENT bad reviews and are unsure and feeling confused, take this review as a sign ! Do not go here, if you do just know I warned you! There are alot of bad fake reviews out there for many surgones this is not one of them!

I will take this down if I ever get my money back!!

They basically told me they do not care if you get covid or have a unexpected health issues that you were unaware of they will keep the money because that's not thier problem.

At first i was giving the option to use the money as credit for the spa since I could not have the surgery safely due to health reason I was not expecting to aris. I said no I want a refund. They told me there was a $200 cancelation fee which i argued because they said due to the emails and phones calls and attention they have given me for thier time NOT WORTH $200!!!basically paid 200 bucks for them to email me and answer questions.

They also went back on their word after hearing no response from the in days that they all of a sudden changed their policy and said that aldue ro so many cancelations because people are getting covid and don't want to cross the border they are keeping funds as credit! That is insanely unethical and bad business! People cannot help that they get sick and they shouldn't be punished because they don't want to expose their clinic! Makes you wonder about their safer measures sounds like as long as you agave the money who cares if your sick.

I am extremely upset because I was extremely excited about my surgery and referred multiple friends who which now will no longer be going here because they saw how this business treated me and they no longer trust this business bad ethics. You lost alot of money because of me I had many friends I was going to refer.

They will steal your money and justify it somehow and ignore your call. Pray you don't get sick or cancell or get an unexpected injury or health issues they won't care and take your money as say its for "credit" or that there is a "policy change". By the way good businesses know that once you had a deal before a policy changes it does not apply to you only to the people after it was made.

I dont care how good his work is don't risk your money find another surgeon with a better business that is ran ethically.

They will be friendly until they get you to put that 1st deposit, after that. Good luck

They stated they cannot just return the funds they have to have an amaerican go across the boarder ,and go to the bank to deposit the funds they ask you for all of yoir account information which is so sketchy and the American they use to do this doesn't even work their she is a friend of a person who works there! How unethical and shady is that! ?

If you are reading this gaxiola clinic guve me back my money!

I found Dr. Gaxiola while looking to have a lipo procedure and was recommended by my moms friend who has also been seen here. I did an online consultation providing my pictures via email. I received a response in about a week however, have found that sending photos then calling is more effective as you instantly receive a response and quote. I scheduled my surgery date and must admit I was nervous as I had never had surgery before
However, the staff is all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They answer all questions. Hospital Nova staff provided me with great care the day of surgery and guided me through the whole process. I am happy with my results I had lipo all around the waist line and BBL. Dr. Gaxiola is amazing and gives honest recommendations. I have had follow up appointments and he makes me feel he genuinely cares about my recovery. I've had no problems and I'm at 2 month post OP. I reccomend them and will definately be back.
