Great modern ambiance . Excellent corner location to meet up w/ friends . They have couches to just kick back and relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. They provide hot and cold coffee as well. Also a great place to just people watch... This place also serves wine and sandwiches .

Ordered chai latte. Took about 20 minutes because they were out of milk, but didn't tell me. I just happened to see one of the staff bringing it. Tea was good, but unhappy with delay.
