A friend of mine and I stayed at the K Tower in March as we had an appointment in Tijuana. What a fantastic Gem! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is AMAZING! We had dinner at the rooftop sushi bar which was fantastic and a quick lunch at the main restaurant downstairs which was also very good. Special shout out to Christian our Butler/ Personal Concierge who took care of every one of our requests both big and small! We will be returning every 3 months or so (Booked a night next week) and can't wait for our stay.
I am a Travel Agent and will be recommending the K Hotel for any clients who want a luxury stay in Tijuana!

We have been going to K Tower for years and love the hotel. This was first time we had a problem with our room being ready. We had waited for almost a hour. Not good. The manager stepped in and and told us he had a room for us. We use the upper lofts most of the time. I told him if my wife liked the room it would be ok. They went out on the bottom floor. I have never seen those rooms and was a little angry. My wife came back and said she was happy.
I was not sure.
The Manager had upgraded us to the best room in K Tower
Not only did we get free breakfast the room was beautiful.
We know most of the people working there and they treat us like family.
I did not see the Manager when I left but he was very professional and cares about his clients.
I would like to say thank you to the manager.
We have been many hotels all over Mexico But we Love K Tower In Tijuana and look forward to being back there soon.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, safe, and quiet. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. However, we experience a delayed check-in, the pool was not available (main reason I chose this hotel), and the breakfast buffet was standard at best. We will return to the hotel in the future despite the setbacks on this trip.

My fiance (at the time, now my wife) and I stayed there in July of 2020. I asked the hotel to lay rose petals on the floor and bed, have a bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room before we arrived. Service was great, the room looked amazing and we had a wonderful romantic evening, just the two of us. I would recommend and we will return.

I searched many hotels that would accommodate my 7 person family. This hotel stated that I would have adjoining rooms to help keep my minor children and I together. When we checked in, they said that there wasn't any adjoining rooms available. We had to split up our family to sleep in two different rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. After returning from our event at 12am, we then learned that gave the adjoining room to a family member in our party/group. We called down and let them know they're mistake could have been fixed. The staff stated "you could have just traded rooms"
This was not only very rude but also not our job to ask around in our party who got what room and if we could switch. We were at an event and all checked in at different times. This was supposed to be everyone's dinner conversation?! Ridiculous!!

Could be a good hotel but management makes it a bitter experience.

The price-quality relation is truly disappointing.

Average size rooms starting at a $150 price point heading up to $1000.
-These prices do not include the "Safety deposit" you will have to pay upon check in.

Stayed at a mediocre room which apparently qualifies as a "loft" (average 50sqft.) $350 per night and a $500 deposit (never mentioned when booking) which can only be payed with a credit card or straight up cash (debit cards get the deposit returned up to 1 year later on the worst case scenario).

Room service is decent but of course not worth not the inflated prices. (Not to mention the check already includes the service fee and they still expect you to tip more).

Room cleanup service was done properly only the first 2 nights, the remaining days it was lacking and incomplete.

Staff was overall good except for one of the reception workers - Fernanda; her attitude was extremely rude and unpleasant, our first night we got neglected entry to the hotel by her. Second night we asked for an extra keycard and she just ignored us. Terrible attitude. We also noted some minor difference in the way we were treated due to our nationality.

Noise; do not stay on any room on floor 6, the noise that comes from the restaurant upstairs makes it unbearable to sleep; clearly noise insulation wasn't planned for these rooms. It is not possible that you're paying so much for these terribly built rooms.

TL;DR: Don't stay here if you have other options, this isn't a hotel worth the price and it has several issues that just go dismissed.
