I'm a US citizen who has their insurance in San Diego. The care I've received here has been better than most US hospitals. The facility is clean, everyone has always been nice, and the doctors are very friendly and professional. They have staff that speak English and the doctors do as well. Services are very affordable too with my insurance. For the same treatment in the US with insurance I'd be out thousands of dollars and it's only cost me a few hundred for labs and surgery. The only negative is that I have to travel down to Tijuana for care and medication. Highly recommended.

IMPORTANT you park in the garages (free parking/direct you to a space) also take a photo shot of your licence plate for CHECK OUT of the building. Follow the exit route be careful u can miss it and end up in the regular lanes its written on the asfoult MediExcil lane to cross back. The MediExil lane requires the checkout paper at their toll before entering their lane to cross back. Ask for English speakers if needed during ur apts.

I have my insurance from the US and saw that we can pick this hospital. in the short amount of time I've been coming here I've received much better care here than most US hospitals. The facility is very clean as well the doctors and staff are very friendly and professional. I love that they have staff that speak English and some doctors do as well you just have to request one if you want a doctor that speaks English, the Services they provide are very affordable with my insurance.

If you’re coming from USA running away from USA hospital services then guess what this is like a USA hospital where a healthy patient is a lost patient. 3 days waiting a 2000 dlls bill a they solved nothing.
