The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't have been more satisfied with our accommodations.
The room was large and well appointed.
A huge wall mounted flat screen TV and access to English speaking channels was greatly appreciated.
The lift was quick to respond and always available.
A concierge was available in the lobby, but we didn't use.
Check in and out was a breeze and language was never a barrier.
The huge lobby flows out to a courtyard where we took walks around the pool which was well stocked with lounges and chairs.
We utilized the restaurant for all of our meals and were delighted with the attention to detail the staff displayed.
The food was excellent quality and quantity, always hot or cold as needed.
We could go on and on with our delighted review but by now you get the picture!
An A+ from us...

Peaceful, beautiful and clean hotel. 5 star on the amenities, outdoor sitting areas and restaurants and the breakfast! The entire staff is at attention to help you with any needs from the wonderful bellmen to the cleaners and restaurant staff! This place is awesome! My favorite experience there was the Yucatán massage and jacuzzi! This is an absolute must! Cannot wait to return! -Cincinnati, OH

There are just way better hotels to stay at, where you can get better service in an area more conducive to walking around without needing a taxi.

We booked this hotel because of its star ratings. We enjoy staying in nice hotels! This hotel is a 3 star at best based off the services provided by the staff alone.

They missed so many little details it’s SAD!

I am here on a medical recovery so we ordered lots of room service. Not ONCE did they get our orders correct. Each time the staff had to return 1-2 times to bring things back and looked frustrated that they had to bring things that they had forgotten. Last straw was I ordered a salad and they didn’t bring dressing, they took 30 minutes to bring the dressing and then asked for a charge correction because they made yet another mistake! We ordered drinks several times with no ice buckets and waited an hour for that also.

The room was poorly cleaned. Leaving trash cans with no trash bags inside of them. We went out for a walk so they could clean the room and again. Poor job cleaning, floor not swept, still no trash bags in the garbage and bathroom not cleaned well.

The area isn’t the best, the streets are wild so it’s difficult to just take a walk across the street unless you are literally running across. It isn’t really near anything.

The room next to us had children staying there that we could easily hear all night. Not blaming the children it’s just the rooms are not very sound proof at all.

This hotel is not a 4.6 hotel its a 2 - absolute horrible. Old rooms, sheets smell old, dingy towels, very old falling apart bathrooms. Rooms smell like glue we had to sleep with windows open. We asked to be moved twice and rooms just got worst. Swimming pool allow children in diapers u0026 women washing her sandals. The folks that book these rooms not quality ppl. First and def last time we stay here. We had to ask for early check out and book elsewhere.

I really appreciate the accommodations that were given to us because my friend is very sensitive to any mold. We were moved to the 5th floor, and everything was very comfortable and nice. Be sure to try out Rivioli restaurant when you’re there. It’s marvelous. The location is convenient and close to many of the clinics in the area, and the staff are very nice.

We picked this hotel because it looked nice online and we honestly expected more for the price . We paid for a room which included a rollaway bed . When we checked into the hotel , and looked at the room . We told them about the roll away bed and they argued with us over and over . Even with our email and price we paid they still argued . The front desk person we spoke to was rude . Then manager came and she also was a little rude at first , and finally said she would let them bring a rollaway. Their excuse was that the room was too small . Well then why offer it if they can’t comply . The room itself was nice , but restroom and room were not clean . Smelled like dog pee. The restroom has a door stop right when you open the door where we kept tripping . There was underwear in the rook that were not picked up . Two ladies at the restaurant were a ride in the morning when I tried to order some food . The custodians and parking staff were very kind . It was more the staff inside that were rude .
The parking situation was horrible . There was no parking , but the parking staff were so kind and assured us we would get a parking when we came back at night after going out for dinner .
The pool was nice but be careful with the lights inside . As they kept shocking me and my husband . Not sure why but that scared me. We would definitely stay here again because it’s close to a lot of good food places . But next time we’re checking another hotel out .

Everyone was helpful, courteous!
Never a language barrier and everything in the restaurant was priced properly.
The morning buffet was great with everything you could ask for and in generous quantity.
Everything went well.
